Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a mat hard to cause flow away or scour of soil so as to accelerate the greening efficiently by providing it with a small opening at one- layer part of the bag-shaped mad made of cloth having the said one-layer part and a two-layer part, and providing it with an enlargeable part and a shape retaining part in its periphery. CONSTITUTION:A bag-shaped mat 1 made of cloth is provided, which has a two-layer part 2 having space for charging earth and sand, concrete, or the like between upper and lower textiles and a one-layer pat 3 having no charge space. This one layer part 3 is provided with a small opening consisting of a small hole 5 or a slit which facilitates the penetration of the seeds of plant, their germination, and elongation. Moreover, the periphery of the small opening is made an enlargeable part for the small opening consisting of dissoluble fiber textile 6 or rough construction textile, thus the opening can enlarge gradually as the plant having germinated grows up so that it may not prevent the growth of the plant. Moreover, the margin of the one-layer part 3 is made a shape retaining part 7 which retains the shape of a mat 1, resisting the charge stress of the substance charged into the two-layer part 2.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 6 (a), a conventional cloth bag-shaped mat 1 serving as a mold for filling concrete, earth and sand, etc., has a two-layer portion 2 in which a space for filling concrete or the like is provided between upper and lower two layers of fabric. And a single layer portion 3 having a size of, for example, about 30 cm × 50 cm with no filling void, and made of a synthetic fiber woven fabric such as nylon. For this reason, when the slope protection work is made by filling with concrete or the like, the single layer portion 3 does not easily deteriorate and remains for a long period of time, which prevents the roots of the plants from invading the ground and is an obstacle to greening. Was becoming.

For this reason, a method is practiced in which the layer portion 3 is cut off after the concrete is poured and filled. However, if the cutout is small, it will hinder the growth of wood and if it is too large, the surface of the ground will be scourd by rainwater, etc.
As mentioned above, it is indispensable to fill the inside with sandbags 4 etc., and there was a problem in workability and economy.
