(Conventional technology and its problems) Conventionally, in protection and greening work of mountainside slopes formed due to road construction, land reclamation, etc., conditions such as the soil quality and slope of the slope, or aesthetically required conditions have been used. Various construction methods have been developed.

Traditionally, sandbags were originally made of corrosive fibers such as jute bags, but in recent years, sandbags have become mainstream using corrosive fibers such as chemical synthetic fibers such as polypropylene. It has become a common thing.

The characteristics of each of these sandbags are that the whole part of the sandbag is completely corroded and there is no residue when it is made of corrosive fibers. There was a drawback that the edge of the bag broke and the contents were washed away.

On the other hand, sandbags made of corrosion-resistant fibers compensate for the above-mentioned drawbacks, and prevent the soil filled inside the bag from being washed away or collapsed for a long period of time, protect slopes, and introduce vegetation. The purpose is to achieve this goal.

However, because the surface of the sandbag corrodes slowly, it has poor adhesion to the ground in extremely uneven areas.
Problems were that it was difficult for the roots of the plants to penetrate into the ground, and that they would float up from the ground and dry out.

Furthermore, even when stacked, the bags remain for a long time, preventing the sandbags from being connected to each other by vegetation roots and becoming integrated.

On the other hand, a method that has come to be adopted in recent years, especially on embankment slopes, is the vegetated mat construction method, which forms a layer of soil by mechanically injecting soil material into a cloth bag-like material spread on the slope. .

However, the bag for vegetation work according to this invention,
Since the soil material is injected into the slope after it has been laid, it is necessary to take into account the thickness of the soil after pouring, and it is difficult to mix the soil material to ensure smooth pouring.
It required skill. In addition, if the slope is uneven, there is a problem that when the soil is injected and the inside of the fabric is filled with soil, it will rise up from the unevenness, easily drying out, and inhibiting vegetation. If such a problem was expected, sandbags were applied to prevent the problem from occurring.

In addition, since this bag for vegetation work is injected with flowing vegetation material after it is stretched, the fabric that makes up the bag naturally needs to have a tight mesh to prevent it from being washed away, and the fabric will not corrode. Seeds had poor germination properties before they were grown, and the initial growth of vegetation was often inhibited.

Therefore, if the structure of this vegetation bag is applied to sandbags as is, it will not be possible to create a sandbag that has both a vegetation surface and strong connectivity by the vegetation roots between the bags when stacked. .

Furthermore, in the case of injection-type bags, it is assumed that they will be stretched to cover the entire slope, and no consideration has been given to stacking them in multiple layers like stacking sandbags.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have investigated various ways to improve vegetation mats and sandbag bags, but the lightness and ease of construction of sandbag bags are the most attractive features, and the adhesion of sandbag bags to the ground is extremely attractive. The present invention was completed by improving the invasiveness of vegetation and the connection between the bags by the vegetation roots.

The woven fabric is composed of flat yarn as the weft and monofilament as the warp. One side is composed of corrosive fibers as the warp and weft, and the remaining side is composed of corrosion-resistant fibers. The corrosive fibers include animal-based fibers, A variety of plant-based and chemical-based fibers can be used. Representative animal and plant-based fibers include natural fibers such as leather, wool, cotton, linen, and pulp, while chemical fibers include those that are easily corroded by chemicals. Polyolefin fibers and microbially degradable plastics can be used.

Chemical and easily corrosive polyolefins are suitable for use in industrial production. Other types include flat yarns that are generally called recycled fibers, and viscose rayon in particular can be manufactured in the same way as conventional corrosion-resistant fiber sandbags when manufacturing bags by machine, and has excellent water absorption. It is an effective material for vegetation.

Furthermore, in order to ensure the introduction of vegetation, vegetation materials such as seeds, fertilizers, soil conditioners, water retention materials, etc. are attached directly to the bag body or through thin cotton, or the vegetation materials are attached to pieces of paper cloth. It is also possible to attach a piece of turf that has been sandwiched between them.

The sandbag bag formed as described above is filled with vegetation material or local soil, and placed as a sandbag 5 on a slope 6 or within a lattice frame 7 as shown in Figure 2, or as shown in Figure 3. They are then stacked and used for slope protection and greening purposes.

For example, when installing on a slope, if the ground is hard soil and a slippery surface is expected to be formed between the sandbag and the ground, the corrosive fiber side should be placed on the slope side. It is desirable to construct it so that it is in complete contact with the ground.

On the other hand, in the case of stacked sandbags, the corrosion-resistant fibers remain in layers on the slope, reinforcing the entire embankment. In addition, the roots of the vegetation become entangled with the remaining corrosion-resistant fibers, and the sandbags are firmly connected to each other.

(Effects of the invention) In this invention, the front and back woven fabrics constituting the bag body are composed of flat yarn as the weft and monofilament as the warp. One side is made of corrosive fibers and the other side is made of corrosion-resistant fibers. Since it is a bag for vegetation, it has the following effects.

In other words, from the perspective of vegetation, the woven fabric that makes up the vegetation bag is made of flat yarn for the weft and monofilament for the warp, so it has a texture that is similar to that of conventional injection-type vegetation bags. There is no need to make the bags dense, and the flat wefts can form a bag that prevents the contents from being washed away, and the initial germination and invasiveness of vegetation are good.

Furthermore, as the woven fabric that makes up the vegetation bag changes over time, the surface made of corrosive fibers corrodes, causing the bag to lose its shape, so it was laid with the corrosive fiber side facing the slope. In some cases, it adheres closely to the unevenness of the slope to prevent it from drying out, making it easier for vegetation roots to penetrate into the ground, and the corrosion-resistant fibers cover the entire slope to protect it.

In addition, even when stacked in layers, unlike traditional sandbags, which remain for a long time without corroding, the embankment is reinforced with the corrosion-resistant fibers that remain in layers, and the roots of the vegetation become corrosion-resistant. The sandbags become entwined with the sandbags and form an integrated, strong embankment.

In other words, with the structure of the present invention, for the first time, it is possible to create a vegetation cover that has strong connectivity between the vegetation surface and the vegetation roots of the bag, which could not be achieved with conventional sandbag bags and injection-type vegetation bags. We were able to supply the bags.

In addition, by adjusting the corrosion period by using the same or two or more types of corrosive fibers of 1000 to 3000 deniers, we can maintain strength during transportation and corrode as the vegetation grows, slowing down the growth of vegetation. We were able to supply a bag for vegetation that does not disturb it.
