ランジ部と、天板もしくは地板のフランジ部とを巻き締
めしてドラム罐状容器を製造する装置において、前記胴
板のフランジ部と、予め密封接着剤が塗布されている天
板もしくは地板のフランジ部とを、共に巻き込んで湾曲
掛止させる湾曲掛止手段を設けると共に、該湾曲掛止手
段で湾曲掛止させた前記天板もしくは地板のフランジ部
の外側を横方向から加圧して前記密封接着剤を前記胴板
のフランジ部の面と前記天板もしくは地板のフランジ部
の面との間に圧延充填させる圧延充填手段を設けたこと
を特徴とするドラム罐状容器の製造装置。

れた位置から、湾曲掛止される天板もしくは地板のフラ
ンジ部の外側を横方向から加圧し始め、回転角でほぼ1
20°〜130°ほどまで加圧し終えて、前記密封接着
剤を前記フランジ部端縁の面と前記屈曲周縁部の面との
間に圧延充填させる圧延充填手段を設けたことを特徴と
するドラム罐状容器の製造装置。
