Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a method for ventilating a parking building which is advantageous to reduce a cost and a space for installing a ventilator, and to effectively use a space in the building. CONSTITUTION:In the case of ventilating a parking building 1 having a plurality of parking floors 31, 32, 33, air passages 71, 75 are so formed in a building skeleton 3 as to form continuous air flow A from the lowest floor 31 to the uppermost floor 33, and to arrange fire-resisting dampers in the passages 71, 75. A suction fan 81 is mounted at the position of the skeleton 3 opposed to the upstream end of the flow A in the lowest floor 31 to suck the atmosphere in the floor 31. An exhaust fan 83 is mounted at the place of the skeleton 3 opposed to the downstream end of the flow A in the uppermost floor 33 to exhaust the air of the floor 33 out of the building 1. The atmosphere is fed by the fans 81 and 83 along the flow A from the lowest floor 31 to the uppermost floor 33.

2. Description of the Related Art Ventilation of a parking building having a plurality of parking floors divided into upper and lower compartments has conventionally been performed by installing an intake fan and an exhaust fan on each parking floor and using a ventilation device including the intake fan and the exhaust fan. It is held individually for each parking floor.

Therefore, the higher the parking building is, the larger the number of intake fans and exhaust fans becomes, and the space for installing the intake fans and exhaust fans is secured for each parking floor. This is costly and requires more space for the ventilator to be used throughout the parking building. Furthermore, in buildings that exceed a prescribed floor area, the fire prevention law requires that the fire prevention section be set to a prescribed size, and even in the case of parking buildings, the floor must be covered by walls within the fire prevention section (3000 square meters) on each parking floor. It will be necessary to partition into multiple parking lots, but if you try to ventilate by such a conventional method in such a parking building, you will have to install an intake fan and an exhaust fan for each parking lot on each parking floor, which is even more so. is there. On the other hand, in a parking building in which an unmanned transfer device is used to connect the entry / exit floor and each parking floor, or between each parking floor and the parking location, and only the car is in and out by the transfer device, Since the engine is transferred to the parking building with the engine stopped, and workers only enter the parking floor at the time of maintenance, etc., simple ventilation is provided compared to the case of a parking building where people are constantly entering and exiting. The degree is enough.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the cost and the space for installing a ventilation device to effectively use the space in a parking building. It is advantageous to achieve the above, and particularly to provide a method of ventilating a parking building suitable for a parking building in which only a car enters and leaves by an unmanned transfer device.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a ventilation from a lowermost parking floor to an uppermost parking floor when ventilating a parking building having a plurality of parking floors divided vertically. An air passage is formed in the building body so that a continuous air flow from the end to the end of each floor is possible, and a fire damper that can be opened and closed is arranged in the air passage,
At the lowermost parking floor, an intake fan is attached to a building frame location facing the upstream end of the air flow to suck outside air into the parking floor, and at the uppermost parking floor at the downstream end of the air flow. An exhaust fan is attached to the building frame facing to exhaust the air inside the parking floor to the outside of the parking building, and the intake air and the exhaust fan suck and exhaust the outside air to the lowermost position along the air flow. It is characterized in that it is made to flow from the floor to the uppermost parking floor.

Further, according to the present invention, the parking floor has a plurality of parking lots partitioned by walls, and the wall has a continuous air flow passing from one end of each parking lot to the other. A sub air passage is formed in the sub air passage, and a fire protection damper is provided in the sub air passage so as to be openable and closable. Further, the present invention is characterized in that the intake fan and the exhaust fan are driven when the temperature of the parking floor exceeds a predetermined value.

According to the present embodiment, the outside air is blown to the floor 21 near the left end of the second parking lot 42 of the first parking floor 31 by the intake fan 81 and the exhaust fan 83 of the third parking floor 33. The air in the fifth parking lot 45 is discharged to the atmosphere from the right end of the fifth parking lot 45. As a result, in the parking building 1, the intake fan 81 to the exhaust fan 8 are installed.
A continuous air flow A up to 3 is created, and the air in the parking building 1 flows along this air flow A, and each parking floor 31-31.
Ventilation is provided over each of the 33 parking lots 41 to 45.

Therefore, as in the conventional case, each parking lot 41-45
Compared with the case of installing the intake fan 81 and the exhaust fan 83 for each, only one intake fan 81 and one exhaust fan 83 are sufficient, so the cost can be significantly reduced, and ventilation is provided for each parking lot 41 to 45. There is no need to secure a space for installing the device, which is advantageous in effectively utilizing the space in the parking building 1.

It may be driven periodically, or may be driven only when the temperature in the parking lot exceeds a predetermined value. In addition, although the hoistway of the elevator 55 dedicated to the parking lot faces each of the parking lots 41 to 45, the air flow A is less affected, and the air flow A ventilates the entire parking building 1 without any trouble. Further, the parking building 1 to which the present invention is applied is not limited to the one built on the ground as in the embodiment, but can be applied to a parking building buried underground to form an underground parking lot.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, in ventilating a parking building having a plurality of parking floors divided into upper and lower areas, the floor space of each floor is extended from the lowermost parking floor to the uppermost parking floor. An air passage is formed in the building body to allow continuous air flow from one end to the other, a fire damper is installed in the air passage so that it can be opened and closed, and the air flow is upstream on the lowest parking floor. An intake fan is attached to a building frame facing the edge to suck outside air into the parking floor, and an exhaust fan is attached to a building frame facing the downstream end of the air flow in the uppermost parking floor to install the parking floor. The air inside the car is discharged to the outside of the parking building, and the intake air and the exhaust fan suck and discharge the outside air from the lowest parking floor to the highest parking floor along the air flow. Since so as to dynamic, it enables ventilation throughout the parking building course that, by reducing the number of ventilator can significantly reduce costs, also,
This is advantageous in reducing the space for installing a ventilator to effectively use the space in the parking building, and is particularly suitable for a parking building in which only vehicles can move in and out by a transfer device.
