Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 合成樹脂製の肉薄容器体の胴部外面へ厚紙製
の筒体を嵌合させた容器において、収納液体の残量を容
易に確認でき、かつ筒体と肉薄容器体を容易に分別して
廃棄できるよう設けた。 【構成】 肉薄容器体１の胴部外面に嵌合させた厚紙製
の筒体５に、該筒体上下両端部を残して巾広の縦長孔６
を穿設し、該縦長孔内へ、肉薄容器体１の胴部筒壁を外
方へ隆起して形成した突条部３を緊密に嵌合させ、ま
た、肉薄容器体１を透明ないし半透明とした。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、合成樹脂製の肉薄容器
体胴部の外面に厚紙製の筒体を嵌合させた液体収納容器
に係る。

【従来の技術】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】胴部上端から口頸部を
起立する肉薄合成樹脂製の容器体を補強のため、その容
器滝胴部外面に厚紙製の筒体を嵌合させ、また廃棄時は
小さく折り畳んで捨てるるよう形成した液体収納容器が
知られている。
【０００３】上記従来容器は、肉薄容器体の胴部外面へ
嵌合させた筒体に遮られて収納液体の残量を確認できな
い不便があり、また厚紙製の筒体は燃焼廃棄物として、
かつ合成樹脂製の肉薄容器体は非燃焼廃棄物として別個
に廃棄することが望ましいが、従来容器では、筒体を接
着する等して容器体から簡単に外れないよう嵌着させて
いるから、筒体と肉薄容器体とを分別して廃棄すること
が容易でなかった。
【０００４】本発明は、筒体に巾広の縦長孔を穿設し、
かつ肉薄容器体を透明ないし半透明とすることで、収納
液体の残量を容易に確認できるよう設けると共に、肉薄
容器体の胴部筒壁を外方へ隆起して形成した突条部を、
筒体に穿設した縦長孔内へ嵌合させることで筒体と肉薄
容器体とを容易に分別して廃棄できるよう設けた。

【課題を解決するための手段】合成樹脂製の肉薄容器体
の胴部外面へ厚紙製の筒体を嵌合させた容器において、
上記筒体５の上下両端部を残して筒体５に穿設した巾広
の縦長孔６内へ、上記肉薄容器体１の胴部２筒壁を外方
へ隆起して形成した突条部３を緊密に嵌合させ、また、
上記肉薄容器体１を透明ないし半透明とした。

【実施例】１は合成樹脂製の肉薄容器体であり、該肉薄
容器体は、胴部２上端から肩部を介して口頸部を起立す
ると共に、胴部２筒壁を外方へ隆起して後述筒体５の縦
長孔６と略同一横巾および同一長さの突条部３を形成
し、かつ収納液体を透かして見ることができるように透
明ないし半透明としてものであり、吹き込み成形により
形成する。
【０００７】４は上記肉薄容器体１の口頸部外面に螺合
させた合成樹脂製のキャップ４である。
【０００８】上記肉薄容器体の胴部２外面には厚紙製の
筒体５を嵌合させる。該筒体はその上下両端部を残して
穿設した巾広の縦長孔６内へ上記肉薄容器体１の突条部
３を緊密に嵌合させることによって、肉薄容器体の胴部
２外面から抜け落ちないよう形成し、また、図３が示す
ように縦長孔６上方の筒体部分を切り離して、当該筒体
を肉薄容器体１の胴部２外面に容易に嵌合できるよう形
成し、かつ嵌合後に、縦長孔６上方の筒体部分外面へ接
着テープ７を貼着させることによって、筒体５上部が拡
開することを阻止している。
【０００９】尚、突条部３は図示形状に限定されず、縦
長孔６内へ緊密に嵌合できるよう形成してあればよく、
例えば、上記突条部３の内方部分を凹状としてもよい。

【発明の効果】本発明は上記構成とするものであり、筒
体５の上下両端部を残して該筒体に巾広の縦長孔６を穿
設し、かつ肉薄容器体１を透明ないし半透明としたか
ら、収納液体の残量を容易に確認することができ、ま
た、筒体５に穿設した縦長孔６内へ、肉薄容器体１の胴
部２筒壁を外方へ隆起して形成した突条部３を緊密に嵌
合させたから、肉薄容器体１の胴部２から筒体５が抜け
落ちることを阻止できると共に、使い終わった後は空と
なった肉薄容器体１を変形させることは容易であり、よ
って縦長孔６利用により突条部３を押込みして筒体５内
から強制引き抜きすることで、筒体５と肉薄容器体１と
を燃焼廃棄物と非燃焼廃棄物とに分別し、かつそれぞれ
を折り畳んで嵩張らないよう処理して廃棄することがで
きる。

  1. 【請求項１】 合成樹脂製の肉薄容器体の胴部外面へ厚
    紙製の筒体を嵌合させた容器において、上記筒体５の上
    下両端部を残して筒体５に穿設した巾広の縦長孔６内
    へ、上記肉薄容器体１の胴部２筒壁を外方へ隆起して形
    成した突条部３を緊密に嵌合させ、また、上記肉薄容器
    体１を透明ないし半透明としたことを特徴とする液体収
    納容器。
