に関する。BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is an improvement of a blade tip exchange cutter (hereinafter referred to as a "peace cutter") for a rotary blade of a biaxial shearing type crusher for continuously crushing various solid processed materials by a shearing action. More specifically, the rotary blade mounted on the rotary shaft pivotally supported by the casing is divided into a base blade portion and a blade tip portion so that wear and the like occur only on the blade tip portion. The present invention relates to a rotary blade of a biaxial shearing crusher that is provided with an edge piece for regeneration in advance so as to facilitate the regeneration of the edge portion of a piece cutter that is easily damaged.

They are rotatably supported in opposite directions via a shaft, and disk-shaped rotary blades which are an integral body are alternately arranged on each shaft with a spacer interposed therebetween. The rotary blades arranged alternately are
The side surfaces on one side are in close contact with each other, and the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary blade partially overlap each other to form a so-called slit cutter. Further, a claw for drawing in the processed material is provided on the outer periphery of the rotary blade so as to partially project. When the biaxial shearing type crusher is used, a pair of rotary blades facing each other are rotationally driven inward toward each other, and a target article to be treated is charged through a charging port in the upper part of the casing. Then, the object to be treated is drawn into the gap between the rotary blades by the claws of the rotary blades facing each other, crushed by the shearing action of the slit cutter, and dropped from the discharge port.

短期間のうちに取り替えなければならない。In this type of biaxial shearing type crusher, the rotary blade is most likely to be worn out functionally, and it is necessary to replace the rotary blade with a new one after a certain period of use. . Depending on the frequency of use and processed material, it may have to be replaced within a fairly short period of time.

It will be a laborious task. Moreover, since such a biaxial shearing type crusher is equipped with a considerable number of rotary blades, it requires a great deal of labor to replace it, and maintenance is not easy.

In this proposal, only the piece cutter can be easily replaced, but further improvement was required in terms of convenience and economy of the piece cutter in the rotary blade of the biaxial shearing crusher, and effective use of resources. . That is, even among the piece cutters, the edge parts are most likely to be worn or chipped, but even if only the edge parts are worn or chipped, the entire piece cutter must be replaced each time, and scraps of the piece cutters will be reused. It was disposed of immediately after use. This does not lead to effective use of resources and is completely uneconomical.

It consists of a piece cutter divided into several pieces). In addition, in this case, since the edge piece of the piece cutter which is easily worn or damaged is detachably provided in advance, only the worn or damaged edge piece needs to be replaced. After a new edge piece is attached to the piece cutter and regenerated, if the piece cutter is fixed to the predetermined part of the base blade again, it becomes possible to regenerate and repeatedly use the worn or broken edge part. .

物をかき取る働きをする。On the two parallel axes 1 and 2, disc-shaped rotary blades C are alternately arranged with a spacer 9 interposed therebetween.
The side faces are fitted and attached in a state of closely overlapping each other. On the outer circumference of each rotary blade C, a plurality of claws 6a for drawing in and cutting the processed material are provided at regular intervals on the circumference. The claw 6a has a function of pulling the processing object at the time of rotation of the rotary blade C, and at the same time, has a function of approaching the outer peripheral surface of the opposing spacer 9 so as to be slidably contacted and breaking the processing object to a certain length by a shearing action. . The side surfaces of the pair of rotary blades C facing each other are always closely in contact with each other to form a slit cutter, and the processed material introduced from above the casing 3 is drawn in by the claw 6a and is sheared by the slit cutter. It is crushed and discharged downward. A scraper 4 is provided so as to project from the side of the box-shaped casing 3 at a position facing the rotary blade C and the spacer 9, and the tips of the scraper 4 are provided on the circumferential surfaces of the rotary blade C (tip of the claw 6a) and the spacer 9, respectively. It is formed in a semi-circular shape so as to be close to each other. The scraper 4 has a function of scraping off the processing object sandwiched between the rotary blades C.

As described above, if the rotary blade C is a single piece, it cannot be easily replaced.

The wear occurs only in the cutting edge portion 6 and not in the base blade portion 5. Thus, the part of the base blade part 5 is protected by the cutting edge part 6 and is not worn, so that replacement is only required by the cutting edge part 6. A stepped tooth portion 10a is formed on the outer periphery of the base blade portion 5 so as to be meshed with each piece cutter 7. The tooth portion 10a ensures that the axial rotational force can be transmitted to the blade edge portion 6. In addition, the tooth portion 10a bears the reaction force at the time of cutting.
