Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply enable the work of forming an inclined bottom with ready mixed concrete to be placed in site. CONSTITUTION: The title gutter is composed of a lower black 3 which has an almost U-shaped cross section, has step parts 9 for engaging at the top thereof, and has a through hole 14' on the bottom thereof, and an upper block 2 which has an inverted, almost U-shaped cross section and which forms both an opening part 6 for placing a grid cover at the top thereof and step parts 8 to be engaged with the step parts 9 at the bottom thereof. Ready mixed concrete is placed at the bottom of the lower block laid and can be continuously smoothed to give a required incline with planes and a definite incline is formed covering the total length thereof, following which the step parts 8 each are placed on the step parts 9 and the upper block 2 is placed on the lower block 3.

2. Description of the Related Art Gutters constructed from concrete U-shaped blocks are drainage gutters for collecting drainage from houses and road surfaces and guiding them to a specified sewage treatment plant. If it is a flat surface, the gutter is also flattened, drainage cannot be formed, sewage collects, gives off a strange odor, and is unsanitary. Such precast concrete gutters are provided (see JP-B-56-51113 and JP-B-57-2551).

As shown in FIG. 9, this precast concrete gutter is provided with an opening 31 on the bottom surface of a substantially U-shaped block 30 into which a lid block (not shown) can be fitted and closed, and the originally opened portion. Is placed on the foundation 32 laid on the bottom of the underground trench as the bottom, and the bottom of the substantially U-shaped block 30 forms the bottom surface of the required gradient θ inclined by the ready-mixed concrete 33 cast in situ.

In order to provide the required slope θ on the upper surface of 3, the wood trowel or iron trowel (trowel) is inserted from the opening 31 and the leveling work for manually making the ready-mixed concrete 33 into an inclined surface is required.

Therefore, the leveling work of inserting the leveling tool through the small opening 31 and inclining the green concrete 33 on the bottom with a trowel or the like is not easy, and must be leveled at intervals of the opening 31. Therefore, the gradient is different each time, and as a result, the concrete bottom surface becomes a convex U-shape, and it is extremely difficult to create a uniform required gradient θ in the longitudinal direction at the bottom of the gutter.

The lower block having the stabilizer wings can be prevented from rotating toward the road shoulder side where one surface is exposed by depositing backfilling sand on the stabilizer wings and applying earth pressure to the side blocks. Can be firmly supported. Further, in the upper block having different side wall lengths, by disposing the long side wall portion on the side where the earth pressure is applied to the road shoulder, it is possible to prevent the upper block from rotating toward the road shoulder side and prevent the side groove from being easily collapsed. .

Further, the concrete gutter 1c shown in FIG.
And the lower block 3 has the stabilizing wings 16,
The side walls 4 and 5 of the upper block 2 and the lower block 3 have different lengths. That is, the side wall portion 4 of the upper block 2 on the side of the stabilizing blade 16 is formed long and the other side wall portion 4 is shortened, and the side wall portion 5 of the lower block 3 on the side opposite to the side of the stabilizing blade 16 is formed long. is there. The lengths of the side wall portions 4 and 5 are made different in order to prevent the upper block 2 from receiving a earth pressure and generating a rotational force. Other configurations are the same as the concrete gutters 1, 1a, 1b,

In order to provide the engagement of the engagement step portions 8 and 9 with a matching property and a sealing function, as shown in FIG. 6, a waterproof sealing material 19 is stretched on the lower surface 18 of the engagement step portion 9. The conical joint pin 2 should be installed at least near both ends.
You may embed 0. And this joining pin 20
The engaging stepped portion 8 of the upper block 2 is provided with a conical hole (not shown) into which is fitted. Therefore, when the upper block 2 is placed on the lower block 3, if the holes of the engagement step portions 8 are fitted to the joining pins 20, the upper block 2 and the lower block 3 are aligned, while the waterproof sealing material is provided. 19 forms a watertight structure.

In constructing b and 1c, as shown in FIG. 7, for example, a plurality of lower blocks 3 are laid side by side on a horizontal foundation 22 placed in the side-grooving excavation groove so as to have a required length. Forming gutters, the bottom of the lower block 3 is ready for concrete 2
3 is poured into the concrete 23 through the through hole 14.
Is connected to the foundation 22, and the ready-mixed concrete 23 is leveled over the entire length by a leveling tool 24 so as to have a required gradient θ. The leveling tool 24 is one in which a leveling plate 26 that is bent back and forth or a leveling plate 27 that is bent back is attached to one end of a rod 25 having a predetermined length, and the lower block 3 is open upward. It is easy to move the leveling tool 24 because there are no obstacles.
