The heat thus collected is transferred to the stainless heat storage cell plate 4 to heat water stored inside and hot water thus obtained rises upward to be supplied by a hot water pipe 6. A space formed by the cone-shaped transparent outer wall plate 1 and a stainless heat storage cell 4 is made as vacuum layer 3 by an air bleeding tube 10 for evacuation.
