Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent crack from being caused by external force such as earth pressure and wheel pressure, in a channel block of which the top opening part is made narrow. CONSTITUTION:A receiving frame 2 wherein a plurality of horizontal members are spanned between a pair of side plates 7 facing to each other and to the upper part thereof and anchors 10 are attached to each of the side plates 7, is prepared. The side plates 7 each are joined to inner walls 6a of a drainage clearance 6 of a block body 1 and the anchors 10 each are enbedded inside upper surface walls 5, and thus this receiving frame 2 is incorporated with the block body 1. Even if such external force as to crush the drainage clearance 6 by earth pressure and wheel pressure is applied to both walls of the block body 1, such a trouble that the bottom part of the block body 1 cracks does not occur since the block body 1 strongly resists against the external force by the rigidity of the horizontal members.

However, the drainage gap 6 is crushed by the earth pressure P applied to the both side walls and the treading load W of the automobile running on the both side walls of the above-mentioned narrow upper surface type water channel block. Such external force is applied. Due to the external force, cracks C were likely to occur at the bottom of the block body 1. At first glance, drainage gap 6 against such external force
Although it is considered that the grating 3 fitted in the groove 3 can counteract, in practice, a gap t (usually about 5 mm) is provided between the grating 3 and the inner wall 6a of the drainage gap 6 to facilitate fitting the grating 3 therein. Therefore, the grating 3 cannot depend on the reinforcing function against the external force described above, and the crack generation cannot be avoided. Further, the stepped portion 13 supporting the grating 3 is easily worn by vibration or impact of the grating 3, and this wear causes a problem that the grating 3 falls into the water channel 4.

According to the present invention, a width narrower than the width of the water channel 4 is formed in the upper wall 5 of the block body 1 in which the water channel 4 is formed in a penetrating manner in the inner longitudinal direction as shown in the figure. Assuming that the drainage gap 6 having the drainage gap 6 is formed in parallel with and in communication with the waterway 4 and has a narrow upper surface type waterway block, and on top of that, a pair of side plates 7 facing each other and a lower portion between both side plates 7 are provided. It has a receiving frame 2 composed of a plurality of horizontal members 9 that are erected and an anchor 10 attached to a side plate 7. In this receiving frame 2, a pair of side plates 7 are joined along an inner wall 6a of a drainage gap 6. In addition, the anchor 10 is integrated with the block main body 1 so as to be embedded in the upper surface wall 5, and the drain groove lid 3 is placed and held on the horizontal member 9 in the receiving frame 2. is there.

When an external force is applied which causes the drainage gap 6 to be crushed by a treading load or earth pressure of an automobile or the like, the external force is exerted by the tensioning action of the plurality of horizontal members 9 installed on the receiving frame 2 in the drainage gap 6. Oppose. The receiving frame 2 is the block body 1
On the other hand, since it is integrated via the embedded anchor 10, the receiving frame 2 stably holds the drain groove cover 3 in the drainage gap 6 without dropping it into the water channel 4.

1 to 5 show an embodiment of a waterway block according to the present invention. 1 to 3, the water channel block is composed of a concrete block main body 1 and a metal receiving frame 2 embedded integrally in the block main body 1.
A drain groove cover 3 such as a grating or a perforated steel plate is placed on the receiving frame 2. The block body 1 is formed by concrete molding into a tubular shape such as a polygonal cross section having a water channel 4 penetrating therethrough, and a drainage gap 6 having a width narrower than the width of the water channel 4 is formed in the upper wall 5 in parallel with the water channel 4. Form in communication. As shown in FIG. 5, in the receiving frame 2, a plurality of horizontal members 9 such as angles are erected by welding or the like at a lower portion between the side plates 7 made of a pair of steel plates facing each other. The anchors 10 are fixed to the outer surfaces of both side plates 7 by welding or the like so as to project horizontally and assembled. Thus, the receiving frame 2 is set inside the form (not shown) used for concrete molding of the block body 1, and the side plate 7 is integrated along the inner wall 6a of the drainage gap 6 when the block body 1 is molded. And the anchor 10 is integrated so as to be embedded inside the upper wall 5.

The block for a waterway constructed in this way is
It is installed along the boundary between the sidewalk and the roadway, or across the road. In this case, an external force such as crushing the drainage gap 6 is applied to both side walls of the block body 1 by the earth pressure or the treading load of the automobile. Also, since the external force is strongly resisted by the tensioning action of the plurality of horizontal members 9 installed on the receiving frame 2, the bottom of the block body 1 is not cracked. The receiving frame 2 which is integrated with the block body 1 via the embedded anchors 10 and on which a plurality of horizontal members 9 are installed prevents the drain groove lid 3 from being dropped into the water channel 4 and prevents the drainage gap 6 from falling. Can be held stably. As shown in FIG. 8, in the conventional example in which the drain cover 3 is placed on the stepped portion 13 of the drain gap 6, the width H1 of the drain cover 3 must be formed wider than the width H2 of the drain gap 6. However, in the case of the above-described embodiment, the width of the drain groove cover 3 can be set to be as narrow as the width of the drainage gap 6, so that it becomes easier to walk on it. Since a gap can be secured between both side plates 7 of the receiving frame 2 and the drain groove lid 3, the drain lid 3 can be easily fitted into the receiving frame 2.

When the waterway block having the above-mentioned structure is used for a gutter block, a median strip block, etc., a curb 14 (indicated by a chain double-dashed line in FIG. 1) is integrally formed on one side of an upper wall 5 of the block body 1. It can also be formed. In the above embodiment, a flat steel plate is used as the side plate 7 of the receiving frame 2 and this is integrally joined to the entire inner wall 6a of the drainage gap 6, but instead of this, as shown in FIG. A steel plate having an L-shaped cross section may be integrally joined in a state of being placed on the step portion 11 provided on the inner wall 6a of the drainage gap 6,
Further, as the anchor 10, a bending rod as shown in the figure may be fixed to the side plate 7 downward by welding or the like. The horizontal member 9 is made of a flat steel plate and is welded to the upper surface or the lower surface of the horizontal piece of the side plate 7 having an L-shaped cross section. In the above embodiment, the end plates 12 are attached to the ends of both side plates 7 in the receiving frame 2, but the end plates 12 are not always necessary. Further, in the above-described embodiment, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the drainage gap 6 are the upper wall 5 of the block body 1.
However, instead of this, as shown in FIG. 7, both ends of the drainage gap 6 in the longitudinal direction are closed by a part 5a of both ends of the upper surface wall 5 in the longitudinal direction. The same can be applied to what is formed into a shape.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of lateral members 9 are erected near a lower portion between a pair of side plates 7 and an anchor 10 is attached to the side plate 7. The receiving frame 2 is integrated with the block body 1 so that the side plate 7 is joined along the inner wall 6a of the drainage gap 6 of the block body 1 and the anchor 10 is embedded in the upper surface wall 5. Therefore, even if an external force is applied to both side walls of the block body 1 such that the drainage gap 6 is crushed by the earth pressure or the treading load of an automobile, the bottom of the block body 1 is not cracked. And has excellent durability. Further, since the drainage groove lid 3 is placed on the horizontal member 9 of the receiving frame 2, it does not fall into the water channel 4, and it is advantageous in that it can always be stably held in the drainage gap 6.
