[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2001-220809
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional groove cover 1, a large number of main members 2 extending in the width direction of the side groove M and crossing the side groove M are provided at predetermined intervals, and the main members 2 are mounted on the horizontal mounting surface 20 in contact with each other. When a vehicle such as a truck is placed on the groove cover 1, a load is vertically applied to the horizontal mounting surfaces 20, 20 from the groove cover 1, and the horizontal mounting surface 20 , 20 are easily damaged.
In addition, since the gap S exists outside the groove cover 1, rattling occurs, and noise is easily generated when a vehicle passes. In addition, there is a problem that sand or soil enters the gap S and solidifies, and it is difficult to remove the groove cover 1 when cleaning the side groove M or the like.
Further, the conventional groove lid 1 has a problem that the total weight becomes large because the number of the main members 2 is large.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and can be reduced in weight, can be installed without rattling, can hardly damage concrete in a gutter, and can be clogged with sand, soil and the like. A first gist of the present invention is to provide a groove cover that is difficult to provide, and a first gist of the groove cover is provided so as to cover the upper surface of the side groove. An auxiliary member extending in the longitudinal direction of the side groove perpendicular to the member, and end plates erected on both ends in the width direction of the main member, wherein the main member is provided at a plurality of pitches at a wide pitch in the longitudinal direction of the side groove. In addition to being provided, a large number of the auxiliary members are provided at narrow pitch intervals in the width direction of the side groove.
[0006]
A second gist is that a number of notches are formed at predetermined intervals on the upper surface of the main member, and the auxiliary member is fitted into each notch from the upper surface and fixed.
A third gist is that, out of the end plates, two projections are provided on the outer surface of one end plate, and two projections are provided on the outer surface of the other end plate. One projection is provided, and a total of three projections substantially contact the inner wall surface of the side groove to prevent rattling.
[0007]
A fourth gist is that the lower ends of the end plates at both ends in the width direction are formed on inclined surfaces that are inclined downward toward the inside of the side grooves, and the inclined surfaces are formed on the inner walls of the side grooves. That is, it is configured to be placed on the top.
A fifth gist of the present invention is that water drain holes are formed in the end plates at both ends in the width direction to discharge sand, soil, and the like that have entered a gap between the end plates and the inner wall of the gutter. That is being done.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the groove cover, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the groove cover upside down and partially cut away.
[0009]
The groove lid 1 is made of stainless steel, iron, or the like. In this example, five main members 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 and a large number of auxiliary members 3, 3, 3 are assembled orthogonally. End plates 4 and 4 are attached to both ends in the width direction in an upright manner.
The main member 2 is formed by erecting a flat plate in the vertical direction, and the main member 2 extends in the width direction of the side groove M so as to cross the side groove M, as shown in a vertical sectional configuration view in the installed state of FIG. , And the five main members 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 are provided at a wide pitch interval in the longitudinal direction of the side groove M.
The auxiliary member 3 is made of a plate material extending in the longitudinal direction of the side groove M in parallel with the side groove M, and the plurality of auxiliary members 3 are parallel to each other at a narrow pitch in the width direction of the side groove. It is provided in the shape.
[0010]
As shown in the enlarged schematic configuration diagram of the main part in FIG. 3, cutout recesses 2a, 2a, 2a are formed at intervals on the upper surface of each main member 2, and the upper side is formed in each cutout recess 2a. The main member 2 and the auxiliary member 3 are fixed by welding or the like in a state where the auxiliary members 3 are fitted.
On the upper surface of each auxiliary member 3, anti-slip convex portions 3a and concave portions 3b are alternately formed over the entire area.
In the groove cover 1 of the present example, a number of auxiliary members 3, 3, 3 are parallel to the side groove M, and a plurality of main members 2 are provided in a width direction crossing the side groove M, so that the weight is lower than that in the related art. Further, since the auxiliary member 3 is fitted into the cutout recess 2a formed on the upper surface of the main member 2 and assembled, the whole is hardly broken and the strength is large.
[0011]
In this example, an example using five main members 2 is illustrated. However, by increasing the number of the main members 2, it is possible to design the groove lid 1 having an increased load resistance.
The lower end of each of the left and right end plates 4 and 4 forms an inclined surface portion 4b that is inclined downward toward the inside of the side groove M in a U shape. That is, each end plate 4 is formed at the lower end of the vertical vertical surface portion 4a with an inclined surface portion 4b which is inclined downward in a U shape.
At the lower end of the vertical surface portion 4a of each end plate 4, drain holes 6, 6, 6 are formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction so as to penetrate from the outside to the inside. Each of the drain holes 6 is formed in a long hole shape and is set to, for example, a size of 90 mm × 40 mm.
[0012]
In FIG. 1, two protrusions 5 and 5 are formed on the outer surface of the right end plate 4 on the right side in the figure so as to protrude outward, and the end plate 4 on the other side (the left side in the figure) has One projection 5 is formed outwardly at the center in the longitudinal direction.
The projection 5 at the center of the left end plate 4 is provided at a substantially middle position in the longitudinal direction of the two projections 5 and 5 on the right end plate.
[0013]
FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional configuration diagram in a state in which the groove cover 1 is covered on the upper surface of a side groove M formed on a side portion of the asphalt 12a made roadway 12.
At the upper portions of the left and right concrete walls 10, 10 of the side groove M, trapezoidal projections 11, 11 each having a trapezoidal cross section are integrally formed so as to protrude inward in opposition. The upper surfaces of the left and right trapezoidal projections 11, 11 are inclined mounting surfaces 11a, 11a inclined downward toward the inside of the side groove M.
The angle of the inclined mounting surface 11a is set to an angle of approximately 35 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, and the angle of the inclined surface 4b of the end plate of the groove cover 1 described above is set corresponding to the angle of the inclined mounting surface 11a. The angle is approximately 35 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane.
Therefore, the inclined surface 4b of the end plate is placed on the inclined placing surface 11a of the concrete wall in a contact state.
[0014]
In addition, the three projections 5, 5, 5 projecting outward from the end plate 4 are substantially in contact with the inner wall surfaces of the concrete walls 10, 10, so that the three-point support reduces rattling in the lateral direction. Since there is no backlash and there is no backlash, noise is less generated even when the vehicle passes over the groove cover 1 or the like. In addition, when the load of the car is applied to the groove cover 1 as shown by the arrow, the load is applied obliquely from the inclined surface portion 4b to the inclined placing surface 11a of the concrete wall 10, so that the load is well dispersed. Since the load is not applied vertically as in the conventional case, the concrete wall 10 is hardly broken.
[0015]
Further, a gap S is formed between the outer surfaces of the end plates 4 and 4 at both ends in the width direction and the inner wall surfaces of the concrete walls 10 and 10, and sand, soil, and the like enter into the gap S. The sand, soil, and the like are flown into the end plate 4 through the drain hole 6 together with the water, and the sand, soil, and the like are discharged well into the side groove M. Therefore, the gap S is less likely to be clogged with sand, soil, and the like, so that the groove cover 1 can be easily removed, and the gutter M can be easily cleaned.
Even when pebbles or the like are sandwiched between the auxiliary members 3, 3 of the groove cover 1, the auxiliary members 3, 3, 3 are fitted into the cutout recesses 2 a formed in the main member 2. It is hard to break because it is built into the shape.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is a groove cover overlying an upper surface of a side groove, wherein the groove cover includes a main member extending in a width direction of the side groove, an auxiliary member extending orthogonally to the main member in a longitudinal direction of the side groove, and End members are provided upright on both ends in the width direction of the member.A plurality of main members are provided at a wide pitch interval in the longitudinal direction of the side groove, and auxiliary members are provided at a narrow pitch interval in the width direction of the side groove. By providing a large number, the auxiliary member is parallel to the side groove, and the main member is arranged across the side groove, so that the entire groove cover is reduced in weight.
[0017]
In addition, a number of cutout recesses are formed at predetermined intervals on the upper surface side of the main member, and small stones and the like are sandwiched between the auxiliary members by fitting and fixing the auxiliary member from the upper surface side in each cutout recess. Also in this case, since the auxiliary member is fitted and fixed in the cutout recess of the main member, the strength is high and the auxiliary member is hard to break.
[0018]
Outer surfaces of one end plate of the end plate are provided with two protrusions protruding outward, and one end of the end plate is provided with one protrusion protruding outward. Since the projections are provided so that a total of three projections substantially abut the inner wall surface of the side groove to prevent rattling, there is no rattling when the groove cover is installed in the side groove. Even when a vehicle passes over the lid, noise is less likely to occur.
[0019]
In addition, the lower ends of the end plates at both ends in the width direction are formed on inclined surfaces that are respectively inclined downward toward the inside of the side grooves, and the inclined surfaces are mounted on the inclined mounting surfaces formed on the inner walls of the side grooves. When a vehicle or the like is placed on the groove lid, the load is applied obliquely to the inclined mounting surface of the side groove via the inclined surface portion, so that the load is well dispersed and the inner wall of the side groove is formed. It is hard to break.
[0020]
In addition, the end plates at both ends in the width direction are formed with drain holes that penetrate into the inside of the gutter for discharging sand, soil, and the like that have entered the gap between the inner walls of the gutter. The sand and soil that have entered the inside can be discharged into the gutter through the drain hole, so that the sand and soil are not clogged and difficult to remove, and the gutter can be easily removed from the gutter. It will be removable.
