Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of drainage groove blocks such as a side groove block and a water channel block intended for drainage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The drainage groove block collects and drains, for example, rainwater or water flowing from the road, and a U-shape or the like is provided with a lid, but there are a circular shape or an egg-shaped waterway having a body and a lid integrally formed. An opening is provided on the top of the lid and the main body, and a grating is generally provided in the opening. In the grating, a plurality of metal plate-like bearing bars are arranged in parallel and connected by a cross bar or a twist bar to form a lattice shape.
[0003]
In addition, laying of permeable pavement materials such as permeable asphalt and permeable blocks is increasing for the purpose of enhancing drainage performance on roads and sidewalks. As a drainage groove block to be installed on the surface of the permeable pavement material, the permeable pavement is also applied to the lid and the upper surface of the main body for the purpose of enhancing the laying effect of the permeable pavement material and improving the drainage function of the pavement surface. In some cases, timber is laid.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The drainage groove block with a structure that integrates the main body and lid, such as a circular or egg-shaped waterway, has the advantage of high strength due to the integral structure, and the drainage efficiency is high because the openings provided on the upper surface of the main body are continuously provided. There is. On the other hand, since only the narrow opening at the top is structurally open, it is almost impossible to apply a gradient to the bottom surface of the drainage groove, and there is a drawback that it cannot be used on a flat ground without a gradient. For this reason, although a U-shaped groove in which the main body and the lid are separated from each other is widely used, there is a drawback that it is difficult to provide an opening continuous with the lid, and drainage efficiency is lowered. Furthermore, it was a cause of problems such as lid strength problems, rattling and noise.
[0005]
In the case where a water-permeable pavement material is laid on the lid of the drainage groove block or the upper surface of the main body, a partition wall member is provided on the upper surface of the lid or the main body so that the opening is not covered with the pavement material. However, by providing such a partition wall member, the drainage function from the pavement material to the opening is remarkably lowered, and there is a problem that the drainage effect of the pavement surface by the water-permeable pavement material cannot be obtained sufficiently. It was.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present inventor has been able to achieve the present invention as a result of intensive studies in view of the above problems, and the feature thereof is that the opening is continuous with a width narrower than the maximum width of the drainage space provided inside. However, in the drain groove block provided in the upper part of the drainage space, a split part that reaches the drainage space in the length direction is provided on one side surface, and the main body block and the split block are formed by the split part and the opening. The two-piece structure.
[0007]
Here, the “opening” referred to in the present specification is a groove-like one provided in the upper part of the drain groove block, and refers to a portion communicating with the drain space inside the drain groove block. The opening referred to in the present invention refers to a structure that is continuously provided with a width narrower than the maximum width of the drainage space and is formed by a part of the drainage groove block main body. That is, the basic structure is a drainage groove block such as a circular shape or an egg-shaped waterway, which is a conventional body and lid.
[0008]
The “divided portion” refers to a surface that is divided into two by providing from one side surface of the drain groove block to the internal drain space. This division part is provided over the length direction of the side, and divides the drain groove block into two pieces, a main body block and a division block. Therefore, the opening is formed by the main body block and the divided block. The connection between the divided block and the main body block is not particularly limited. For example, the divided block and the main body block are connected with an insert screw or the like like conventional drainage groove blocks. Moreover, you may make it aim at the leakage prevention from a division part by providing packing etc. in a division part.
[0009]
The “partition member” refers to an L-shaped member in side view provided on the upper surface of the main body block or the divided block when the water-permeable laying material is laid on the upper surface. This partition member is for partitioning so that the water-permeable pavement material laid on the upper surface does not cover the opening. In the present invention, the bottom plate of the partition member is attached to the top surface of the main body block or the divided block via a spacer, thereby generating a gap on the bottom side of the bottom plate. With this gap as a drainage part, the drainage from the water-permeable pavement flows through the partition member from the opening to the internal drainage space. The gap may be about several mm to several cm. In addition to interposing a separate spacer, the spacer may be provided in advance in the partition member or formed by a part of the partition member. As the drainage part, in addition to the gap formed on the bottom side of the partition wall member, a notch or a hole may be formed in the partition wall member itself to provide a drainage function.
[0010]
The “installation portion” refers to a portion that allows a curb block to be stably installed at a predetermined position when the curb block is installed on the upper surface of the main body block or the divided block. For example, there are recesses and cutouts provided on the upper surfaces of the main body block and the divided block.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the split-type drainage groove block according to the present invention is such that the continuous opening with a width narrower than the maximum width of the drainage space provided in the interior is provided in the drainage groove block provided in the upper part of the drainage space. By providing a split part on the side surface of the main body block and the split block with the split part that reaches the internal drainage space in the length direction, a large opening is obtained in the upper surface part. Processing such as forming a gradient in the internal drainage space can be facilitated. In addition, since the basic structure is a conventional circular or oval channel with a lid and body as an integral structure, it has a very strong effect and has a very beneficial effect such as high drainage due to continuous openings. .
