Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an expansion joint for a road bridge. [0002] A so-called finger joint is known as an expansion joint for a road bridge. This is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 0, a vertical plate a facing each other and a single-sided comb-like horizontal plate b welded on each vertical plate a are provided so that the comb teeth of each other mesh with a play c. Are combined. A gutter d is fixed to one vertical plate a, and a water guide plate e is fixed to the other vertical plate a.
Can be received at The water guide plate e functions to guide rainwater to the gutter d. [0003] However, the drainage structure of the finger joint has a problem that rainwater overflows from the gutter d and falls under the road bridge. This is because sand, pebbles and other foreign matter on the bridge surface fall from the play c to the gutter d, and the gutter d
This is because the drainage is prevented, or the sand or the like is deposited on the gutter d, the gutter d becomes shallower, and the amount of rainwater exceeds the amount of water that can be drained. Further, there is a problem that foreign matter dropped from the play c is clogged between the opposed vertical plates a, thereby hindering the expansion and contraction of the expansion joint. [0005] The running noise of the vehicle is transmitted from the play c to the vertical plates a,
There is a problem that it is easy to be transmitted to the bridge under the bridge through the space a, and the noise under the bridge is large. In particular, in the case of a long bridge having a long span of the road bridge body, the gap c is widened due to the necessity of increasing the allowable amount of expansion and contraction of the expansion joint. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by closing the gap between the vertical plates with padding,
In consideration of rainwater leaking downward through the padding, a drainage function was also ensured. That is, the invention according to claim 1 has a vertical plate portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the joint of the road bridge and a horizontal plate portion extending laterally from the upper end thereof, and the vertical plate portions oppose each other, A pair of joint members projecting toward each other and forming a play gap between the ends thereof to allow expansion and contraction of the road bridge body, and are fixed to one vertical plate portion of the pair of joint members. And a first receiving member having a shelf protruding toward the other vertical plate portion, a rising portion extending over the entire length of the shelf portion rising from the tip of the shelf portion, and the other vertical plate portion of the pair of joint members. A second shelf having a ledge secured to the first receiving member and extending so as to overlap the ledge of the first receiving member.
A receiving member, and leaving a drainage space on a lower shelf below the portion where the two shelves oppose each other, and receiving the shelves below the horizontal plate portion of the pair of joint members. stuffing as to block between the vertical plate portion is provided for, the stuffing
Is covered by a cover sheet, and the upper surface of the cover sheet
Are attached to the lower surfaces of the overhang portions of the two horizontal plate portions . Accordingly, since the space between the opposed vertical plate portions is closed by the padding under the horizontal plate portion, the rainwater is blocked by the padding, thereby preventing water leakage under the bridge. In addition, since the padding prevents sand and other foreign substances from entering the gap between the vertical plates from the play gap, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the elasticity of the expansion joint due to such foreign substances. In addition, leakage of the traveling sound under the bridge is also prevented by the padding. [0010] Even if rainwater leaks downward between the padding and the vertical plate or from a cracked portion of the padding due to aging of the padding or the like, the rainwater is directly received by the shelf of the first receiving member or the shelf of the second receiving member. And received on the shelf of the first receiving member. Then, a space for drainage is provided at a position where the two shelves oppose each other up and down, and a rising portion is provided at the tip of the lower shelf, so that the rainwater leaking from the padding can be removed. It can be discharged smoothly. In this case, since the amount of rainwater leaking from the filling is small, even if a drainage channel is formed only in a part of the shelf of the first receiving member, there is no problem in drainage. Also,
Since the padding prevents sand and other foreign matter from dropping onto the shelf, there is no problem in that the drainage channel is blocked by the foreign matter or the drainage function is reduced due to the accumulation of foreign matter. Further, since the padding is supported by the first receiving member and the second receiving member, the padding is prevented from falling under the bridge. [0013] Then, when the main body of the road bridge is extended,
The force that tries to rise from the play to the object acts,
Because of the resistance of the bar sheet, this padding and cover sheet
The rise from the play gap of the
As well as damage to padding and cover sheets

You. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Embodiment 1 This embodiment is shown in FIGS. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a road bridge main body, 2 denotes a bridge surface pavement, 3 denotes a play space of the road bridge main body 1, and 4 denotes an expansion joint provided so as to close the play space 3. The expansion joint 4 includes a pair of joint members 5, 5, a first receiving member 6, a second receiving member 7, and a rubber seal material 8 as a padding, and further includes a cover sheet 9 and an anchor 1.
0 is provided. Notch steps 11, 11 are formed at the ends of the road bridge main bodies 1, 1. The expansion joint 4 is configured such that the anchor 10 is disposed in the notch steps 11
3 and is installed by placing a post-cast concrete 14. The joint member 5 has a vertical plate portion 15 extending in the longitudinal direction of the seam of the road bridge, and a horizontal plate portion 16 projecting from both ends from the upper end of the vertical plate portion 15. As shown in FIG. 2, the horizontal plate portion 16 is formed in an uneven shape in which the tips of the projecting portions 16a and 16b on both sides enter and exit in a comb shape. The two joint members 5, 5 are provided such that the vertical plate portions 15, 15 face each other. Inner projections 16a, 16a of the horizontal plates 16, 16 of the joint members 5, 5 projecting toward each other.
Are combined so as to form a wave-shaped play space 17 between the front ends thereof, which allows the road bridge bodies 1 and 1 to expand and contract. A straight rod-shaped anchor 10 is provided on the back of the vertical plate portion 15.
Is welded, and the upper end of the L-shaped anchor 10 is welded to the lower surface of the outer projecting portion 16b of the horizontal plate portions 16, 16, and the horizontal portion of the L-shaped anchor 10 projects from the back of the vertical plate portion 15. . The first receiving member 6 is formed in a gutter shape by a plate material, and includes a shelf 6a and rising portions 6b, 6b rising from both side edges of the shelf 6a. Each rising portion 6b extends over the entire length of the shelf 6a. One rising portion 6a is connected to the pair of joint members 5,5.
Is joined to the inner surface of one of the vertical plate portions 15, and the shelf 6 a projects toward the other vertical plate portion 15. Further, a sealing material injection hole 1 for filling the sealing material 8 is provided in the shelf 6a.
8 are formed. The second receiving member 7 is formed by a plate member with the gutter turned upside down, and includes a shelf 7a and projections 7b, 7 projecting downward from both side edges of the shelf 7a.
b. Each protrusion 7b extends over the entire length of the shelf 7a. One protruding portion 7 a is joined to the inner surface of the other vertical plate portion 15 of the pair of joint members 5, 5 so that the shelf 7 a overlaps the shelf 6 a of the first receiving member 6. It is overhanging. The protrusion 7b protruding downward from the distal end of the shelf 7a has a smaller protrusion amount than the protrusion 7b on the base end side. Also, the first
The rising portion 6b of the receiving member 6 and the shelf 7a of the second receiving member 7
A gap is provided between them so as not to cause a collision with the above. The seal member 8 is formed of the pair of joint members 5 and 5.
Under the horizontal plate portions 16, 16, the two shelves 6 a, 7 a are received so as to fill the space between the opposed vertical plate portions 15, 15. However, the sealing material 8 is filled on the lower shelf 6a below the portion where the two shelves 6a, 7a face vertically, leaving a space for drainage. In other words, the expansion joint 4 is configured such that the front end portion of the lower shelf portion 6a is a bottom wall, the front end rising portion 6b is one side wall, and the sealing material 8 and the front end protruding portion 7b of the second receiving member 7 are formed. A gutter-shaped drainage channel 19 is provided as the other side wall. The cover sheet 9 is provided so as to cover the sealing material 8, the upper surface is attached to the lower surfaces of the overhang portions 16a, 16a of the joint members 5, 5, and the both side portions are the vertical plate portions 15, It is affixed to the upper part of 15 opposing inner surfaces. Although the cover sheet 9 of this example is formed of a thin rubber sheet, a bellows-like rubber sheet having a bent line extending in the longitudinal direction of the joint of the road bridge may be employed. The assembly and construction of the expansion joint 4 can be performed as follows. The two joint members 5, 5 are placed on a flat surface with the horizontal plate portions 16, 16 facing down,
Adjust the size of. Put the cover sheet 9 overhang 1
Affixed to the lower surfaces of 6a, 16a and the opposing inner surfaces of vertical plate portions 15, 15. The liquid rubber sealing material 8 is filled from the injection hole 18. At this time, the sealing material 8 is
It is preferable to apply a seam or the like so as not to leak toward the rising portion 6b at the tip of the shelf. A plurality of the unit length expansion joints 4 assembled as described above are arranged in the center between the notch step portions 11 formed so that the upper surface of the horizontal plate portion 16 matches the road surface. The intersections of the reinforcing bars 12, 13 are welded. The expansion joints 4 adjacent to each other in the seam longitudinal direction are connected by an appropriate connecting means. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower end of the lower shelf 6a of the expansion joint 4 located at the end of the road bridge at the downslope of the cross slope is connected to a drain pipe 20 leading to a drainage channel 19. Then, this drain pipe 20 is connected to a drain pipe (not shown) on the pier side. Note that the end face of the drainage channel 19 of the expansion joint 4 located at the side end of the road bridge is closed. Therefore, according to the above-described road bridge expansion joint, expansion and contraction due to a temperature change of the road bridge main body 1, that is, expansion and contraction of the play space 17 are allowed by expansion and contraction of the sealing material 8 and the cover sheet 9. Intrusion of foreign matter such as sand between the vertical plate portions 15 and 15 is prevented by the cover sheet 9 and the sealing material 8, so that the foreign matter does not hinder the elasticity of the expansion joint. Further, since a space is formed between the rising portion 6b at the leading end of the shelf of the first receiving member 6 and the projecting portion 7b at the leading end of the shelf of the second receiving member 7, the two members 6, 7 It does not hinder elasticity. When the road bridge body 1 is compressed due to its extension, a force is applied to the sealing material 8 to rise from the play space 17, but the cover sheet 9 resists the force. The rise from the play 17 is reduced, the vehicle traveling performance is maintained, the seal member 8 and the cover sheet 9 are prevented from being damaged, and further, the rise gives the vehicle driver an uncomfortable feeling and improves the beauty of the road surface. There is no loss. Further, the infiltration of rainwater between the vertical plate portions 15, 15 is blocked by the cover sheet 9 and the sealing material 8, so that water leakage under the bridge is prevented. In particular, the cover sheet 9
Is adhered to the lower surface of the inner overhang portion 16a and the inner surface of the vertical plate portion 15, so that the sealing property is high. Further, since the cover sheet 9 protects the sealing material 8 from rainwater and foreign matters, the durability of the sealing material 8 is increased. The adhesion between the cover sheet 9 and the joint member 5 is weakened, the cover sheet 9 is cracked, and the sealing material 8 is further deteriorated to weaken the adhesion with the joint member 5 or the sealing material 8 is cracked. Occurs, a small amount of rainwater may enter the gap or crack between the cover sheet 9 or the sealing member 8 and the joint member 5. However, such rainwater is received directly on the shelf 6a of the first receiving member 6, or is received on the shelf 6a of the first receiving member 6 along the shelf 7a of the second receiving member 7. At this time, the protruding portion 7b at the tip of the shelf of the second receiving member 7 plays a role of drainage for preventing rainwater from being transmitted to the lower surface of the shelf 7a. The rainwater received by the shelf 6a of the first receiving member 6 is guided to the drain pipe 20 by the drain passage 19 and is discharged, so that it is prevented from leaking under the bridge. Further, since intrusion of foreign matter is prevented by the cover sheet 9 and the sealing material 8, the drainage channel 19 is not blocked by the foreign material, and the foreign material does not accumulate on the bottom of the drainage channel 19. Further, the running noise is also blocked by the cover sheet 9 and the sealing material, so that the sound leakage to the lower part of the bridge is reduced. Further, the inner projecting portions 16 of the joint members 5, 5 are provided.
Since the a and 16a are comb-shaped and mesh with each other with the play 17 therebetween, the vehicle can pass over the expansion joint without causing a substantial drop of the tire into the play 17. And good running performance. In addition, since the outer protrusion 16b of the joint member 5 is also comb-shaped and the boundary with the post-cast concrete 14 is uneven, even if the post-cast concrete 14 is worn and a step is generated at the boundary. In addition, the vehicle traveling performance does not significantly decrease. Further, just below the play space 17 is the cover sheet 9.
Even if the play space 17 is widened like a long bridge, a large opening is not formed on the road surface, which can provide a sense of security to the vehicle driver, and can provide a sense of security for the road bridge joint. It also looks better. The seal member 8 may be filled from the play space 17 after the joint members 5, 5 are attached to the road bridge main bodies 1, 1. In that case, a sealing material injection hole may be provided in the cover sheet 9 and the sealing material 8 may be filled from there. Reference Example 1 (not an embodiment of the present invention)
-This reference example is shown in Figs. 4 and 5, and the difference from the first embodiment is that the rib 21 is provided to increase the load bearing capacity of the inner protrusion 16a, and the bulging of the sealing material 8 The difference is that a foamed plastic material 22 is used in place of the cover sheet 9 as a preventive material. In this case, the packing material includes the sealing material 8 and the foamed plastic material 22. Other configurations are basically the same as the first embodiment. That is, the rib 21 is provided so as to connect the inner surface of the vertical plate portion 15 of the joint member 5 and the lower surface of the inner protruding portion 16a. Therefore, the wheel load of the vehicle applied to the inner overhang portion 16 a is efficiently dispersed and received by the vertical plate portion 15 via the rib 21. For this reason, it is advantageous to prevent bending of the inner protruding portion 16a due to the wheel load and breakage of the inner protruding portion 16a from its root portion, and to increase the protruding amount of the inner protruding portion 16a, thus requiring a large allowable expansion and contraction amount. It is advantageous for application to Ohashi. The first receiving member 6 and the second receiving member 7 are fixed to the vertical plate portions 15, 15 below the rib 21. Thus, the filling amount of the sealing material 8 is reduced, and the foamed plastic material (foamed urethane) 22 is filled between the sealing material 8 and the lower surfaces of the inner protruding portions 16a, 16a. Therefore, the swelling of the sealing material 8 during the above-described compression is prevented by the foamed plastic material 22. In the case of this embodiment, after the joint members 5 and 5 are attached to the road bridge main bodies 1 and 1, the sealing material 8
May be filled, and a foamable plastic material may be injected over the material to cause foaming. Also, as in the first embodiment, the size of the play space 17 is adjusted by placing the joint members 5, 5 on a flat surface such that the horizontal plate portions 16, 16 face down.
A plastic material may be injected and foamed from the injection hole of the receiving member 6, and then the sealing material 8 may be injected. Embodiment 2 This embodiment is shown in FIG. 6 and is characterized by combining a sealing material 8 and a sponge material 23 as a padding. Is the same. First, the projecting portion 7b at the tip of the shelf of the second receiving member 7 projects greatly below the projecting portion 7b of the first embodiment. The projecting portion 7 b is provided on the shelf 6 of the first receiving member 6.
a, and is inclined so as to approach the rising portion 6b as going downward. In addition, a gap is provided between the shelf 6a and the protruding portion 7b so that the collision does not occur when the two road bridge bodies 1 and 1 are relatively displaced up and down. Thus, the projecting portion 7b which protrudes greatly below the tip of the shelf of the second receiving member 6, and the one vertical plate 1
5 and the rising portion 6b of the first receiving member 6, a sponge member 23 is provided on one side thereof with a shelf 7a of the second receiving member 7.
And the other side is filled with a sealing material 8. Accordingly, when a force in the compression direction acts on the padding due to the extension of the road bridge main body 1, the extension is allowed by compressing the sponge material 23, and an excessive compressive force is applied to the seal material 8. That can be avoided. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the sealing material 8 from rising greatly from the play space 17 during the compression, or to prevent an excessive force from acting on the first receiving member 6 and the second receiving member 7. Further, the protruding portion 7b at the tip of the shelf of the second receiving member 7 is inclined, and the portion between the protruding portion 7b and one of the vertical plate portions 15 (the rising portion 6b of the first receiving member 6). The filling portion is widened downward. Therefore, when the road bridge body 1 is compressed by the extension, the filling of the filling portion is prevented from moving upward, whereby
The rise of the sealing material 8 is reduced. When the sealing material 8 is injected from the injection hole 18 of the shelf 6a of the first receiving member 6, the projecting portion 7b at the tip of the shelf of the second receiving member 7 acts as a weir, and the sealing material is 8 is prevented from leaking to the rising portion 6b at the end of the shelf of the first receiving member 6, which is advantageous for securing the drainage channel 19. [0045] - Embodiment 3 - For the present embodiment is shown in FIG. 7, but is a combination of the sealing member 8 and the sponge material 23 as padding differs from the second embodiment, the second receiving The sponge material 23 is packed over the entire area between the protruding portion 7b which protrudes greatly below the tip of the shelf of the member 6, the one vertical plate portion 15 and the rising portion 6b of the first receiving member 6, Other configurations are the same. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sponge member 23 is more advantageous in allowing the elongation of the road bridge, and the sponge member 23 allows the seal member 8 to swell downward. This is advantageous for preventing the sealing material 8 from rising. Reference Example 2 (not an embodiment of the present invention)
-This reference example is shown in Fig. 8, in which the sealing material 8, the foamed plastic material 22 and the sponge material 23 are used as fillings.
In the same manner as the second embodiment .
A protruding portion 7 which protrudes largely downward at the tip of the shelf of the receiving member 6
b, and on one side between the protruding portion 7b and the one vertical plate portion 15 and the rising portion 6b of the first receiving member 6, the sponge material 23 is substantially the same as the shelf 7a of the second receiving member 7. It differs from Reference Example 1 in that it is packed to the same height, and the other parts are the same. Therefore, the same effects as in the second embodiment can be obtained in the present embodiment . Reference Example 3 (not an embodiment of the present invention)
-This reference example is shown in Fig. 9, in which the sealing material 8, the foamed plastic material 22, and the sponge material 23 are used as fillings.
In the same manner as the third embodiment .
A protruding portion 7 which protrudes largely downward at the tip of the shelf of the receiving member 6
b, and the sponge material 23 reaches the same height as the shelf 7a of the second receiving member 7 over the entire area between the projecting portion 7b, the one vertical plate portion 15 and the rising portion 6b of the first receiving member 6. It is different from the second embodiment in that it is packed, and the others are the same. Therefore, the same effects as in the third embodiment can be obtained in the present embodiment . In the first to third embodiments, the joint member 5
Are provided with the outer protrusion 16b, but the outer protrusion 16a may not be provided.
