Abstract

PURPOSE: To correspond even to any pitch of a roof freely by forming the ridge structure of the roof of a top face section inclined from a top section, a side wall section drooped from the lower end of the top face section, a groove for ventilation formed to the internal side faces of the side wall section and an underside section, a roof ridge material and a ridge tile material. CONSTITUTION: A roof ridge material 2 is connected continuously by fitting a projecting section 15 into a combination joint recessed section. Left and right side plate sections 19 are pushed open, and the ridge material 2 is covered with a ridge tile material 3. A top face section 5 is covered with a top plate section 18. When pushing-open external force is released, the side plate sections 19 are fast stuck on the external side faces 9B by restoring force. One end face 2B of a folding-back ridge material 2 is concealed by the top face piece and side plate piece of the ridge tile material 3. Waterproof members 4 are deformed elastically, and contact-bonded with a roof board. Rainwater intending to infiltrate into the recessed section 12 is prevented. Air in a garret is discharged through a groove 13 for ventilation, and rainwater is drained by a groove 17 for drainage formed to the continuous connecting section of the ridge material 2. Accordingly, the ridge tile material 3 can be fixed simply only by covering the roof ridge material 2 with the ridge tile material 3.

According to the roof ridge structure of the present invention, as described above, the upper surface portion inclined downward and leftward from the top, the side wall portion hanging down from the lower end of the upper surface portion, and the upper wall portion are parallel to the upper surface portion. A roof comprising a lower surface formed at the same inclination angle, ventilation grooves formed on inner surfaces of the side wall and the lower surface, respectively, and a waterproof member attached to a corner between the side wall and the lower surface. A ridge, a top plate having a size and shape that wraps the top and side walls of the roof ridge from outside, and a side plate hanging down from the lower end thereof, and a tip formed by bending the tip of the side plate inward. Since it is composed of a ridge wrapping material consisting of a locking piece that engages with the side lower surface of the side wall part, mounting of the roof ridge is easy and waterproof by driving a buckle into the ridge. While it can be held and fixed, the ridge wrapping material is roof ridge material It can be easily fixed only by the fitting, thereby improving the working efficiency. Further, the roof ridge material can be freely attached to a roof having a gentle inclination angle as well as a roof having a gentle inclination angle. One end of the roof ridge is provided with a projection for joint having the same inclination angle as that of the upper surface, and the other end is provided with a joint recess for fitting with the projection for joint. By this, the continuation of the roof ridge material is facilitated, and at the same time, the drainage groove is formed on the upper surface and the side surface of the joint convex portion at the connecting portion with the one end surface of the roof ridge material. This allows the infiltrated rainwater, dew condensation, and the like to be guided to the drainage groove and drained to the outside, so that the waterproofness of the joint portion is maintained. Further, by forming the inside of the roof building material with a hollow portion, there are various effects such as weight reduction, improvement of bending strength, and reduction of material cost.
