2. Description of the Related Art A metal laminate in which a thermoplastic resin film is laminated on one side or both sides of a metal plate in order to impart electrical insulation, rust prevention, decoration, chemical resistance, etc. to the metal plate. The body is known. This metal laminate is used in building materials, interior materials, etc. as it is in a plate shape, bent to various cases and chassis, and subjected to drawing processing to various cases such as capacitor cases, beverage cans, drug containers, etc. There is.

As shown in the schematic view of the apparatus in FIG. 5, the above-mentioned metal laminate is heated at a high temperature, usually at a melting point of the film 1 or higher, with a thermoplastic resin film (hereinafter, simply referred to as a film) 1 formed in advance. It is manufactured by a method in which the metal plate 2 is supplied between the pair of laminating rolls 3a and 3b and the both are pressure bonded.

However, in the above method for laminating the metal laminated body,
Due to the meandering of the supplied metal plate 2 or the like, the film 1 and the metal plate 2 may be displaced, and a state in which the film 1 is not laminated on a part of the metal plate 2, that is, a film lack may occur.
The width of the film 1 is made larger than the width of the metal plate 2 in order to suppress the occurrence of the film lack, but in order to completely prevent the film lack, the width of the film 1 must be made considerably large. Of course, the loss of the film 1 increases and the manufacturing cost is greatly affected.

Further, the film 1 and the metal plate 2 are displaced from each other,
The metal plate 2 does not have the film 1 interposed and the laminating roll 3a
When it was directly contacted with, the surface of the laminating roll 3a was scratched by the edge of the metal plate 2 and transferred to the film 1, which sometimes impaired the appearance of the metal laminate.

In order to achieve the above object, a method for laminating a metal laminate of the present invention comprises a thermoplastic resin film formed in advance and a metal plate heated to a predetermined temperature between lamination rolls. In the method for producing a metal laminate in which both are continuously supplied by pressure bonding to each other, the laminate roll is detected while detecting the meandering of the metal plate by detecting the edge of the metal plate supplied to the laminate roll,
It is characterized in that the laminating roll is rotated in the in-plane direction of the metal plate in a direction opposite to the meandering direction of the metal plate around the roll center.

[Operation] If the laminating roll is rotated in the direction opposite to the meandering direction of the metal plate when the metal plate meanders, a force is generated in the laminating roll to return the metal plate to its original position, and the film is also laminated. Since they move together with the rolls, they can be laminated at a fixed position even if the metal plates meander. As a result, it is possible to prevent a defective appearance due to lack of a film or damage to the laminating roll.

The present invention is a conventional method for laminating a metal laminated body as described above, and as shown in FIG. 1, the metal plate 11 is detected by detecting the edge of the metal plate 11 with a detector 12. The rotation angle of the laminating roll 13 at this time is usually 5 in both directions, although it depends on the conditions such as the width dimension.
The degree is appropriate, and wrinkles may be formed on the film when the turning angle is increased. Therefore, it may be set within an appropriate range in consideration of the meandering correction effect and the state of wrinkles. Further, as a drive source for rotating the laminating roll 13, it is possible to use an arbitrary drive source such as a hydraulic pressure or an electric motor. Further, as the detector 12 for detecting the edge of the metal plate 11, a contact type such as a photoelectric tube or a contact type can be arbitrarily used, and the material of the metal plate 11, the supply speed, etc. can be used. When the metal plate 11 is meandered due to the fluctuation of the thickness of the metal plate 11 or the driving fluctuation of the conveying device, the detector 12 detects the position change of the edge, and the arithmetic means 23 changes the position. The rotation direction and the rotation angle of the laminating roll 13 are calculated based on the direction, speed, and the like, and a signal is output to the hydraulic controller 24 based on the calculation result. The hydraulic controller 24 supplies the hydraulic pressure based on the signal from the computing means 23 to the cylinder 22 to move the laminating roll 13 in a predetermined direction via the roll holding base 19, that is, in the direction opposite to the meandering direction of the metal plate 11. Rotate.

As described above, when the laminating roll 13 is rotated in the direction opposite to the meandering direction of the metal plate 11, the metal plate 11 is rotated.
Since the laminating roll 13 is inclined with respect to the supply direction of the sheet metal, the metal plate 11 is moved in the direction opposite to the laminating roll 13 inclining direction, that is, the meandering direction, and returned to a predetermined position. On the other hand, since the film 15 moves together with the rotation of the laminating roll 13, its center position does not change.

Therefore, even if the metal plate 11 meanders, it is possible to keep the metal plate 11 and the film 15 in a constant state by returning the metal plate 11 to a predetermined position by rotating the laminating roll 13. It is possible to carry out pressure-bonding lamination at a fixed position, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of product defects such as lack of film and transfer scratches on the laminating roll.

In the above embodiment, various rolls such as the laminating roll 13 and the unwinding roll 16 are integrally held by the roll holding base 19, but as shown in FIG. 4, only the laminating roll 13 is held. Alternatively, both laminating rolls 13 may be held separately and controlled.

The metal plate and the film can be pressure-bonded and laminated at a fixed position. While detecting the edge of the metal plate supplied to the roll and detecting the meandering of the metal plate, the laminate roll is moved in a direction opposite to the meandering direction of the metal plate with the roll center of the laminate roll as the center. A method for laminating a metal laminate, which comprises rotating the metal laminate in the in-plane direction.
