R), synthetic rubber (SR) such as vulcanized rubber is used.
The base of the base has an international rubber hardness of 50 to 70 IRHD, preferably 60 to 64 IRH according to JIS-K-6253.
D is preferable. International rubber hardness of the base is 60IR
As it becomes smaller than HD, the base part becomes too flexible, and there is a tendency for it to become shattered or to bounce off when walking. Especially, when it becomes smaller than 50IRHD, the tendency becomes remarkable. 64 IRH
As it becomes larger than D, the bottom of the base becomes too hard, and the followability tends to deteriorate when walking.
When HD is exceeded, the tendency becomes remarkable, and thus both are not preferable. Further, it is preferable that the thickness of the bottom of the base is formed so as not to be affected by the small stones and the like of the base and not to deteriorate the walking function and the like. If the thickness of the platform bottom is too thick, it tends to become hard, and if it is too thin, it tends to be too soft, and it tends to be easily fatigued due to the influence of small stones on the ground. Specifically, it is preferably in the range of 2 to 10 mm, preferably 2 to 5 mm.

Examples of the shape of the columnar member include a substantially half-moon-shaped cross section, or a shape in which fine cross-sectional substantially half-moon shapes are arranged in parallel. Also, the columnar member is
By providing the base portion having a substantially trapezoidal cross section, the base portion can be curved to some extent in the longitudinal direction, and it is possible to prevent the base portion from being curved more than necessary due to contact between the adjacent base portions. There is no risk of spraining of the toes, it is safe, it is possible to obtain followability, and it is comfortable to wear. Further, when the columnar members are arranged side by side, the bending effect can be obtained also by providing a gap between the columnar members. or,
The columnar member has a diameter (φ) of 5 to 35 mm, preferably 1
The one having a thickness of 0 to 25 mm is used, which is excellent in reliability because the meat of the foot is not pinched as well as the acupressure effect. As the diameter (φ) of the columnar member becomes smaller than 10 mm, the number of parts increases and the manufacturing process tends to be complicated, especially 5 mm.
As the size becomes smaller, the tendency becomes remarkable, and the meat of the foot is easily pinched, which causes pain and discomfort. Further, as the diameter (φ) of the columnar member becomes larger than 25 mm, it becomes difficult to use common parts in changing the size (S, M, L), etc., and the cost increases. Further, if the diameter is larger than 35 mm, the acupressure effect is reduced, and it is necessary to have a plurality of fine crescent-shaped cross sections in parallel with the acupressure part. Further, the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the table surface portion means a portion on which the arch touches. As the table surface part, the front half in the longitudinal direction of the table surface part may be a plate-shaped member,
Productivity can be improved.

By using wood for the columnar member, it is possible to effectively use the strength direction due to the wood grain to prevent cracks and to make a product that is hard to slip and easy to wear. In particular, cedar and cypress have good grain and have a unique scent. Further, it has excellent splitting properties and is easy to cut and perform other processing, and has excellent workability. In particular,
As the wooden columnar member, it is preferable to use burned cedar in which the surface of cedar wood is burnt with various chemicals or the like and then polished to expose the wood grain. Here, as the columnar member, it is possible to use a bamboo material such as Moso bamboo or bamboo, but in this case, even if the bamboo material is sufficiently dried, it absorbs moisture and causes the generation of harmful insects and molds, which is extremely unsanitary. However, it is not preferable because the surface of the bamboo material is likely to be discolored, which impairs the appearance and shortens the useful life.
Further, bamboo is not preferable because it may slip when touched with water and may break. Furthermore, in order to solve these problems,
After boiling the bamboo, sterilization treatment or chemical injection treatment is required, which is not preferable in terms of workability. Further, even if a bamboo material is attached to the upper surface of the bottom of the base, the adhesive area is small and the adhesiveness is extremely low, so that the bamboo material is easily peeled off. In addition, it is not preferable because of low moldability such as push-cutting in manufacturing. Further, since it is difficult to make the heights uniform, it is not preferable in terms of mass productivity and product uniformity.

The size of the sandals of the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is extremely suitable for producing for adults, women, children, etc., especially in S, M, L sizes, and is mass-produced at low cost. The property is improved.

(1) In sandals, (a) The surface of the base is provided with an acupressure part having a substantially half-moon shaped cross section on the surface, so that the surface of the base is formed in an uneven shape. The same stimulus as shiatsu is given to. (B) Since the nose portion is fixed to the both side wall portions of the columnar member by using the fixing metal fittings, a stable and fixed state can be obtained, and durability and reliability can be improved. (C) Since a plurality of acupressure portions having a substantially half-moon shape in cross section are arranged in parallel on the columnar member, air permeability is good, and when they are made of wood or the like, good water absorption and dryness can be obtained. (D) Since the base portion of the columnar member is formed in a substantially trapezoidal cross section, even if a step portion such as a threshold is mistakenly stepped on by the toe portion, the base portion is not curved more than necessary and there is no fear of spraining.
In addition, appropriate followability can be obtained, and the wearing comfort can be improved. (E) Since the base of the base is made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber having a rubber hardness of 50 to 70 IRHD, it can be bent freely.
It has following ability, is easy to walk, and is comfortable to wear, and it is possible to remarkably improve the feeling of tiredness of a walking midfoot. (F) By setting the height of the columnar member on the surface of the platform that contacts the arch to be higher than other portions, it is possible to more effectively stimulate the acupoint of the foot. As a result, the circulation of the arch is improved, the fatigue is healed, and the health is improved. (G) It has a woody taste and is in excellent harmony with furniture such as wood and the floor surface of wooden floors. (H) The non-slip portion formed on the lower surface of the platform bottom in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the platform bottom in the direction of the ridges and recesses provides a more reliable anti-slip effect. In particular, it has an excellent effect on non-slip on wet flooring and the like, and is excellent in safety. (2) In the method of manufacturing a sandal, (a) by arranging the columnar members in parallel, mass productivity can be obtained and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In particular, the difference in size can be changed by the number of columnar members arranged side by side, and the mass productivity can be further improved. (B) By using the columnar member, it is easy to adhere to the base of the base, and the process yield can be improved.

ものである。As described above, according to the present invention, the sandals excellent in mass productivity and capable of producing the following excellent effects can be realized by these configurations. (1) Since the surface of the table is provided with an acupressure part having a substantially half-moon cross-section on the surface, the entire surface of the table is made uneven, so wearing sandals gives a stimulus similar to shiatsu to the entire surface of the sole of the foot. To be
Since it has multiple irregularities, the sole can be stimulated evenly. In addition, the plurality of convex portions serve as a non-slip member, and the foot does not easily slip. (2) Since the base portion of the columnar member is formed in a substantially trapezoidal cross section, even if a step portion such as a threshold is mistakenly stepped on by the toe portion, the base portion does not curve more than necessary and there is no fear of spraining.
In addition, a suitable followability is obtained, and the wearing comfort is good. (3) Since the base of the base is made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber having a rubber hardness of 50 to 70 IRHD, it can be bent freely.
It has followability, is easy to walk, is comfortable to wear, and does not cause tiredness during walking. (4) The thong is firmly fixed to the wooden base, hard to cut, durable and excellent in reliability. (5) By setting the height of the columnar member on the surface of the platform that contacts the arch to be higher than other portions, the acupoints of the foot can be stimulated more effectively. As a result, the circulation of the arch is improved, the fatigue is healed, and the health is improved. (6) It has the taste of wood, and it is in excellent harmony with furniture such as wood and the floor surface of flooring. (7) The non-slip portion formed on the lower surface of the platform bottom portion in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the platform bottom in a concavo-convex line provides a more reliable anti-slip effect. In particular, it has an excellent effect on non-slip on wet flooring and the like, and is excellent in safety. (8) By arranging the columnar members in parallel, mass productivity can be obtained, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In particular, it is possible to change the size of the foot by changing the number of columnar members arranged side by side, which is excellent in mass productivity. (9) By using a wooden columnar member on the surface of the base, it is possible to achieve an excellent appearance on the surface and grain of wood, and to match the wooden furniture and the floor surface of the flooring. Further, a scent drifting from the wooden columnar member can be added to create a psychological stability. (10) By stacking trees, size adjustment is easy, mass productivity is excellent, and cost is low. (11) Stable adhesion can be obtained. Breathability can also be secured. The tree can absorb sweat. In addition, it is possible to realize a sandal manufacturing method which is excellent in workability, which enables stable manufacture of highly reliable sandals with a high yield, and which has excellent productivity and mass productivity.
