【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 未処理の原料竹を煮沸する工程と、この
原料竹を殺菌して薬注し防虫および防かび処理を施す工
程と、該原料竹を乾燥させる工程と、乾燥後原料竹を所
定寸法幅と長さに裁断して帯体を成形する工程と、この
帯体を多数並べ設けて連結糸により縫合しすだれ状表面
基材を形成する工程と、このすだれ状表面基材の一側面
またはその両側面に被膜層を形成する工程と、該すだれ
状表面基材の裏全面へ保持シートを貼着する工程と、こ
の保持シートの表全面へ補助シートを貼着して天板の原
材を成形する工程と、この原材を打ち抜いて履物型の天
板を成形する工程とを備えさせたことを特徴とする履物
用天板の製造方法。
