ク肉Aの送出端面A1を受けて適宜の深さに突き刺して
保持しうる。カッター3は、帯刃からなり、該受取装置
2の外周を囲うように左右の調車7間に掛け渡して高速
に駆動回転させて切断作用を行わせることができる。こ
のカッター3の切断作用位置は、受取面4の回転中心で
あるロール軸6とブロック肉Aの送出方向線とを直結す
る放射方向線上に設定している。これら受取装置2とカ
ッター3とは同一のカッターフレームに定位置に装着さ
れている。このカッターフレームに対して、前記上下一
対のベルトコンベア5からなる送出装置1の送出フレー
ムを切断方向に沿うように往復移動B1,B2させるこ
とによって、ブロック肉Aの切断を行わせることができ
る。前記受取装置2はロール軸6の回りに回転するよう
に伝動される。この回転Cは送出装置1の往移動B1、
即ちカッター3による切断作用を受ける行程と同方向
で、しかもほぼ同速となるように設定される。これによ
って受取面4に押付けられたブロック肉Aがカッター3
によって薄切りされるに伴って、この薄切りされる薄肉
A2は図1から図2のように、受取面4に保持された状
態で回転方向Cへ切断進行と同調して移送され、切断分
離された薄肉A2は完全にこの受取面4側へ受け取られ
る。このような薄肉A2は、受取面4において送出装置
1から送り出されるブロック肉Aの送出端面A1を受け
られたときと同じ状態を維持されるから、カッター3に
よる切断抵抗を受けるときに崩れたり、破れることが少
く、安定した受取、乃至切断姿勢を維持されて、正確な
切断作用を受ける。このようにして、カッター3による
切断を受けて、受取装置2に受け取られた薄肉A2は、
この受取装置2の回転Cに伴って前方へ搬送されて、こ
のロール面に接するスクレパー8の剥ぎ取作用を受け
て、下方のコンベア9上面に取出される。前記送出装置
1の間欠回転毎にカッター3による薄切り作用が行わ
れ、一枚毎薄肉A2が切断分離されるが、この各薄肉A
2の切断厚さは、送出装置1の送出量と受取装置2の受
取面4とカッター3との間隔によって決められる。従っ
て、この間隔を変更調節しうる構成とするとよい。図4
において、上例と異なる点は、前記受取装置2をロール
形態に代えて無端帯形態に構成したもので、周面に針を
植付けた無端帯は三角の頂点部に位置するロール10,
11,12に巻き掛けられて回転駆動することができ、
前記ブロック肉Aを受ける受取面4では上下のロール1
0,11間に張設されて、カッター3による切断方向と
平行状になるように構成され、この受取面4が上方へ移
行するように回転Cされる。なお、このような受取面4
は、ブロック肉Aのカッター3による切断端面(送出端
面A1となる)にほぼ沿わせると良く、カッター3によ
る切断方向は、送出装置1によるブロック肉Aの送出方
向に対して直交する方向に限ることはなく、傾斜する方
向に設定するも良く、この切断方向にほぼ沿うように受
取面4が設定される。前記カッター3としては、帯刃に
代えて、回転円板刃や、ナタ刃等を設けるもよい。又、
図例では、カッター3に対して送出装置1を往復移動B
1,B2させる構成としたが、逆にこの送出装置1を定
位置に固定して、カッター3及び受取装置2を装着する
カッターフレームを往復移動B1,B2させて切断する
ように構成するもよい。又、送出装置1も、吊下げられ
た案内筒にブロック肉を挿填して自然落下や強制押出等
によって送り出す構成とするもよい。又、前記受取装置
2の受取面4も針状突起の高さや形状等も、図例に限ら
れることなく、摩擦抵抗によって送出端面A1、乃至切
断された薄肉A2の保持の行われ易い構成であればよ
い。前記のように受取装置2の送出端面A1とカッター
3との間隔を変更、調節する手段として、前記ロール軸
6やロール10〜12等のカッター3に対して前後に移
動させるもよく、又、カッター3を受取装置2に対して
前後に移動させるもよい。更には該ロール軸6回りに回
転するロール径を大小交換するもよい。
