Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an outdoor footwear by bonding a main sole to a bottom sole by a flexible adhesive, by specifying a process producing the indoor footwear wherein a raised material is used as an outsole. CONSTITUTION: An outsole 3 is composed of a raised material and the whole of the peripheries of a middle plate 2 and the outsole 3 are laminated by an adhesive in such a state that a core felt material 6 having a dimension is slightly smaller than that of the middle plate 2 and the outsole 3 is held between the middle plate 2 and the outsole 3 having the same shape and dimension as the middle plate 2 to form a sole member 5. The sole member 5 formed by this first process and an upper part A obtained by attaching an edge lining piece 8 to the inner peripheral edge of a wide upper member 1 by a sewing machine are turned over and the outer peripheral edges of them are sewn. At the point of time of the completion of this second process, the sewn part of the upper part A and the sole member 5 is flattened by squeezing work to smoothly perform a next process. That is, both of the upper part A and the sole member 5 are returned to the original state and the outer peripheral edges of an intermediate product and the sole member 5 are sewn in an outstitich state by a sewing machine to obtain a shoe 10. A main sole 9 having the same dimension as the sole member 5 is bonded to the sole member 5 of the shoe 10 to simply obtain outdoor footwear.

In the first step of obtaining the bottom body 5 shown in FIG. 5, that is, between the middle plate 2 and the front bottom 3 having the same shape and the same size, a size smaller than these is used. The first step of forming the bottom body 5 by bonding the entire periphery of the middle plate 2 and the front bottom 3 with an adhesive while sandwiching the core felt body 6, and the instep part indicated by reference numeral A in the drawing of FIG. That is, the wide upper member 1
The upper part A obtained by attaching the edge back piece 8 along the inner peripheral edge of the sewing machine by sewing, or the upper member 19 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, the upper part, which is formed only in the vicinity of the toe of the user's foot so that the manufactured shoe has a slipper shape, and the bottom body 5 formed in the first step, are shown in FIG. In a state in which both are turned upside down, as shown in FIG. 13, the peripheral portion of the upper member 1 or 9 is sandwiched between the peripheral portions of the middle plate 2 and the outsole 3 so that In the method of manufacturing shoes including the second step of sewing, the material of the outsole 3 is made of a raised material, and at the time when the sewing of the second step is completed, the upper A and the bottom 5. The third step for smoothing the next step (fourth step) by flattening the seam of both parts by "squeezing" work, and then the upper part A and the bottom body 5 are returned so that the intermediate product 4 shown in FIG. 8 is obtained, and then both of the intermediate product 4 and the bottom body 5 are removed. Edge, as shown in FIG. 9 illustrated is to produce a shoe with a fourth step of sewing 7 Out-stitch.

Flexible and easy to carry by folding. And good productivity. The outsole (outsole) 9 having the same dimensions and the same shape as the bottom body 5 was obtained in the fourth step, in addition to the second shoes having a wide design and a high fashion sense. Shoes (10
Or, it can be easily made into out shoes by sticking to the bottom body 5 of 20) with a leather adhesive that maintains flexibility even after drying a liquid such as natural rubber or synthetic rubber. At this time, since the front bottom 3 of the bottom body 5 is a raised material, the bottom body 5
The adhesiveness between the outer sole 9 and the outsole (outsole) 9 is good and can withstand long-term use.

As described above, according to the present invention, indoor shoes suitable for Japanese customs can be obtained in a highly productive manner. That is, since a nail or the like used in conventional shoes is not used, the shoe is rich in flexibility and suitable for long-time use. Also, since the outsole 3 is made of a brushed material, the sole of the foot is prevented from slipping, so that it is comfortable to wear.
In addition, it has a great feature that it can be easily applied to outshoe according to the user's request.
