(Means for Solving the Problems) The first step of obtaining the bottom body (5) shown in FIG.
Middle plate (2) and outsole (3) of same size and same size brushed material
In the state where the core felt body (6) of a smaller size than these is sandwiched, the entire periphery of the middle plate (2) and the outsole (3) are bonded with an adhesive to form a bottom body (5). A first step of forming the upper part, and a back part (8) is sewn on the upper part shown by reference numeral (A) in FIG. 6, that is, along the inner peripheral edge of the wide upper member (1). The upper part (A) obtained by mounting the upper part or the upper part (19) shown in FIG. 11, that is, the size of the shoe sole near the toe of the user's foot, becomes a slipper-shaped shoe. And the bottom body (5) formed in the first step,
As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 13, sewing is performed at the outer peripheral edge so that the peripheral portion of the intermediate sole member (1) or (9) is sandwiched between the peripheral portions of the intermediate plate (2) and the outer sole (3). In order to smoothly perform the second step to be joined and further to the next step (fourth step), when the stitching of the second step is completed, both the upper part (A) and the bottom body (5) A third step of flattening the seam of the intermediate product by the "squeezing" operation, and then returning both to the intermediate product (4) shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the outer periphery of both the 4) and the bottom body (5) is subjected to a fourth step of sewing (7) in an out-stitch manner to obtain indoor shoes. An outsole (outsole) (9) having the same dimensions and the same shape as the body (5) is attached to the bottom body (5) of the shoe (indoor shoes) obtained in the fourth step by using natural rubber Or it is to obtain the outdoor footwear in which after drying, such as a synthetic rubber-based liquid also subjected to a fifth step of attaching at leather adhesive to maintain flexibility.

(Operation) The shoes obtained by the first, second, third and fourth steps of the present invention are well fitted to the feet of the user and have good functionality, and the outsole (3) is a brushed material. As a result, the sole of the foot is prevented from slipping, so that it is comfortable to wear. It is suitable for indoor use for a long period of time and is flexible and easy to carry.
And good productivity. In addition, a second use having a large design width and a high sense of fashion can be obtained, and an outsole (outsole) (9) having the same dimensions and the same shape as the bottom body (5) is formed in the fourth step. To the sole (5) of the shoe ((10) or (20)) obtained in (1), use a leather adhesive that maintains the flexibility even after drying such as a liquid based on natural rubber or synthetic rubber. Outfuse can be easily performed by the fifth step of sticking. At this time, since the outsole (3) of the bottom body (5) is a brushed material, the bottom body (5) and the outsole (outsole) (9) It has good adhesiveness to the material and withstands long-term use.

FIG. 13 shows a state in which the upper part (A), the middle plate (2) and the outsole (3) are sewn by sewing in the first and second embodiments. The core felt body (6) is not sewn with a sewing thread as shown in the drawing, that is, the sewing thread does not penetrate the core felt body (6), which improves workability. It helps to do that.

In order to obtain an outsize, an outsole (outsole) (9) having the same dimensions and the same shape as the sole (5) is further used as the sole of the shoe (10) or (20) obtained in the fourth step. (5)
Then, a fifth step of applying a leather adhesive that maintains flexibility even after drying a liquid based on natural rubber or synthetic rubber or the like is performed. This means that the outsole (9) and the shoes for indoor shoes ((10) or (20)) obtained in the first to fourth steps are sold separately at a shoe store and the buyer The fifth step is performed according to the application. At this time, the adhesive used is also sold at a shoe store, and examples of the adhesive are as follows.
