The conventional shoe manufacturing method is as shown in Figure 1 a to d.
Temporarily attach the insole C to the bottom surface of the insole with nails d, then align the center of the instep e with the footboard pattern a, insert the insole, and attach the lower part of the insole e to the insole. Fix around C with nails or adhesive.

Then, after pressing the outsole f onto the insole with adhesive, the foot mold is removed, and finally the upper sole is pasted to complete the process. However, in this method of making shoes by using this conventional foot mold and cutting the upper part of the upper, it is necessary to make the upper part straight and neatly so that the upper part of the upper part does not shift. Moreover, the inking work required skill, which made mass production impossible and caused high costs.

This invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to completely eliminate the inking work of making insteps using footboard molds, so that general amateurs can make insteps without any skill. To provide generally a method for manufacturing footwear that can be finished neatly by a relatively simple operation of sewing on the outsole, can be mass-produced, and can be manufactured at low cost.

■ is an outsole made of synthetic resin 2, a flexible elastic material such as foam material or rubber, etc. ○The reason why the outsole 1 is made of a flexible elastic material is as follows. This is to make it easier to turn the upper inside out by locally bending the outsole after sewing the turned-up upper 2, which will be described later, to the upright portion 1a of the outsole 1. la is a rising part that is formed integrally with the same material as the outsole l, or is made of the same material or a different material, on a part or all of the periphery of the outsole l (
(See Figure 2C). When sewing the upper outer surface of the rising part la, consider the thickness of the upper 2, which will be described later, and if necessary, form the rising part 1a in a stepped manner so that it is flush with the upper surface after the upper is sewn. You can. Normally, the rising portion 1a is raised along the entire circumference of the outsole 1, whether it is shoes or sandals, but in rare cases, it may be raised partially in sandals and the like. The rising height of the rising portion la may be such that the inner sole 3 can be attached thereto and the sewing allowance 1b is provided. Next, the rising part 1 of the outsole 1. The lower part of the upper 2, which has been previously turned inside out as shown in FIG. After sewing the upper 2 to the upright 9 part 1a of the outsole 1, the upper 2 is sewn by bending the flexible outsole 1 locally at the border. Now turn it from the back to the front (see Figure 2 C). Finally, the inner sole 3 with the upper sole 4 is glued into the main sole 1 using an adhesive or the like to complete the work (see FIG. 2C). The midsole 3 can also be provided with a heel as in this example, if necessary.

As can be seen from the above description, this invention forms a rising part on a part or all of the periphery of an outsole made of a flexible elastic material, and the outer surface of the rising part of the outsole is turned inside out in advance. The lower part of the upper that has been laid out is sewn, and then the upper is turned inside out by locally bending the flexible outsole along the sewn part, and finally, the outsole is raised 9 This method of manufacturing footwear is characterized by gluing an insole with an uneven upper sole to a depth equivalent to that of the upper part. The work of crimping the outsole to the sole is no longer necessary, and instead it is a very simple task of sewing it to the rising part of the entire outsole made of armor and attaching it inside the entire outsole, which requires skill. Even a general amateur can engage in shoe manufacturing work without any need. In particular, it was difficult to mass-produce the conventional armor because the work of carving it in was done carefully over time by skilled craftsmen to ensure that the center line of the armor did not shift. However, with the present invention, In addition, since the upper can be sewn directly to the rising part of the outsole, there is no need for troublesome work involving +139, the work time is shortened, and mass production is possible, making it possible to sew shoes, sandals, etc. This has an excellent effect in that footwear can be manufactured at low cost. Furthermore, since the outsole is made of a flexible elastic material, the work of turning the outsole from the back to the front can be easily done, and the work of locally bending the outsole can be done easily. Return work can be done easily. In addition, when a rising portion is formed all around the outsole, the sides of the footwear sole become bulky, which has the advantage of effectively preventing water from penetrating into the inside.
