Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the insufficient following of ink during continuous stamping by forming appropriately a gap so that a porous core body which guides ink from an ink reservoir part is brought into contact with the upper layer part of a seal character face during upward moving of the seal character face. CONSTITUTION: During stamping, a seal cap 24 is removed, a shaft part 13 and front shaft 15 are gripped, and the lower end of a seal face part 20 is pressed to a document, etc., to conduct stamping. A slider 17 retreats against a spring 19 with the consumption of ink in the part 20, and ink 11 in an ink tank 10 infiltrates a seal face upper layer part 22 through a core body 8 to be supplied to the part 20 when the part 22 contacts the core body 8. In this process, it is necessary that air is introduced into the tank 10 for replacement. Air enters a thick groove 4 from the notch 6 of an ink flow rate adjustment body 1 passing through an air passage hole 15 formed on the side of a front shaft 16 and is led into the tank 10 from the upper end part passing through a thin groove 5.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is not necessary to use a printed body formed of a porous stamp material having a large number of continuous pores such as sponge rubber so as to absorb ink, and to attach it to red meat or the like each time it is used. The seal is known. This type of seal, which is commercially available, is composed of an ink storage body impregnated with ink and a printing body, and when the frequency of use is high, the ink runs out quickly and it is necessary to replenish the ink each time. Further, there is a drawback that the print density becomes thinner as the number of markings increases. Further, when replenishing the ink, a large amount of ink cannot be replenished at one time because the ink is dropped and impregnated on the printing surface with a dropper or the like, which is troublesome. In addition, it takes time for the printing surface to be uniformly impregnated with the sticky ink. Further, when the ink is dropped, the ink overflows from the printed surface and stains the hands and the surroundings.
Then, as a method for solving such drawbacks and problems, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61 23410 discloses a method of supplying ink from an ink cartridge by using an ink flow rate adjuster such as a writing instrument. However,
In the stamp with the above structure, when the stamp face is left facing downward, the amount of ink impregnated in the lower part of the stamp face increases due to gravity, the ink flow rate at the time of printing increases, the dryness of the imprint is slow, the problem of rubbing and smearing, There is a problem that the imprint will blur over time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to reduce the amount of ink impregnated in the lower part of the printing surface due to gravity when the printing surface part is left facing downward, and the ink flow rate at the time of printing increases to dry the imprint. It is to solve the problem of being slow, rubbing and smearing, and the problem that the imprint bleeds after a long time.

A seal stamp of the present invention devised to achieve the above object has an ink retaining portion in an upper portion of a cylindrical body, and a myriad of stampers housed in a holder in a lower portion of the cylindrical body. The porous printing surface that has continuous pores and can be impregnated with ink is stored by being urged downward by a spring so that it can be moved up and down. Gaps are provided so that the porous core body that guides the blades abuts, a large number of blades are formed between the blades, and vertical grooves are formed on the side surfaces. An ink flow rate adjusting body having an ink guide hole is provided between the ink holding portion and the porous core body that guides the ink, and the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the printing surface are formed so that the ink permeation resistance is different. It is characterized by having done.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. First,
As shown in the figure, the ink flow rate adjuster 1 has a large number of blades 2,
A gap 3 is provided between the blades, and a relatively wide thick groove 4 communicating with the axial direction and a narrow groove 5 having a fine slit are formed on two side surfaces facing each other on one side surface. ,
The narrow groove 5 is formed as a fine slit so as to communicate with the groove opened from the upper portion, and at least the blade 2b above the lowermost blade 2a is a non-communication portion. Further, a cutout 6 is formed on the blade 2a at the lowermost end on substantially the same line as the narrow groove 5. A core body 8 is inserted in a lower portion of an ink guide hole 7 formed in an axial center of the ink flow rate adjusting body 1, and a relay core 9 is inserted in an upper portion thereof.

Ink 11 is stored in the ink tank 10, and an ink flow rate adjusting body 1 is fitted in a lower portion of the ink tank 10. In the ink tank 10, a shaft portion 13 is fitted by contacting an inner step portion 14 located on an upper portion of the shaft portion 13 with a flange portion 12 provided outside the ink tank 10, and an air passage is provided on a side surface below the shaft portion 13. A front shaft 16 having a hole 15 is screwed on. The front shaft 16 is vertically movable in the front shaft 16.
The slider 18 is housed by abutting the step portion 18 of the slider 17 on the inner step portion 14 of the slider 17, and a spring 19 is stretched between the collar portion 12 of the ink tank 10 and the slider 17, and a myriad of continuous portions are provided under the slider 17. The function of the seal stamp of the present invention is as follows.
When stamping, remove the seal cap 24 and then press the shaft 13
Also, the front shaft 15 is gripped and the lower end of the stamp surface portion 20 is pressed against a document or the like for marking. At that time, the slider 17 retreats against the spring 19 as the ink on the stamp surface 20 is consumed,
When the stamp face upper layer portion 22 contacts the core body 8, the ink tank 10
The ink 11 inside penetrates the stamp face upper layer portion 22 through the core body 8 and is supplied to the stamp face portion 20. At that time, it is necessary to replace the air in the ink tank 10. The replaced air passes through the air circulation hole 15 provided on the side surface of the front shaft 16,
From the notch 6 of the ink flow rate adjuster 1 into the thick groove 4, the thick groove 4
Through the narrow groove 5 and into the ink tank 10 from the groove at the upper end.

By the way, the role of the ink flow rate adjuster 1 is as follows.
Ink is sequentially supplied to the core body 8 to replace the air corresponding to the consumed ink in the ink tank 1, and when the temperature rises, the air in the ink tank 10 expands to remove the extruded ink. The ink held in the gap 3 is decompressed when the temperature drops, and the ink held in the gap 3 is collected in the ink tank 10.

The constitution and operation of the seal stamp of the present invention are as described above, and the ink is insufficiently followed when continuously stamped.
The printing density does not become thin and printing can be done without trouble until the ink is used up, and the printing life is long. In addition, the mechanism of the ink flow rate adjuster works smoothly to appropriately drop the ink and prevent accidents such as ink jetting due to temperature change. Further, even if the printing surface is left facing downward, the ink is not excessively supplied to the printing surface,
The problem that the amount of ink at the time of imprinting increases and the document is smeared by rubbing and the problem that the imprint bleeds is improved.
