Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is not necessary to use a printing material formed of a porous stamping material having an infinite number of continuous pores such as sponge rubber so as to absorb ink, and to attach it to vermilion every time it is used. Seals are known. This type of seal, which is commercially available, is composed of an ink occluding body and a printing body impregnated with ink, and when frequently used, the ink runs out quickly and ink needs to be replenished each time. Further, there is a disadvantage that the printing density becomes lower as the number of times of stamping increases. In addition, when replenishing ink, a large amount of ink cannot be replenished at one time since the ink is dropped on the printing surface with a dropper or the like to impregnate the ink. Also, it takes time for the printing surface to be uniformly impregnated with the sticky ink. In addition, when the ink is dropped, the ink overflows from the printing surface, causing a problem of soiling the hands and surroundings.
Therefore, as a method for solving such disadvantages and problems, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 61-23410 discloses a method in which ink is supplied from an ink cartridge using an ink flow regulator such as a writing instrument. However,
In the seal of the above structure, when the seal is left with the seal facing downward, the amount of ink impregnated at the lower part of the seal increases due to gravity, the ink flow rate at the time of sealing increases, the drying of the seal becomes slow, and the problem of rubbing and soiling occurs. There is a problem that the seal imprints after a while.

The problem is to solve the problem of being late, rubbing and soiling, and the problem of imprint blurring after a long time.

The shaft portion 13 is fitted to the ink tank 10 by abutting an inner step 14 located above the shaft portion 13 with a flange portion 12 provided outside the ink tank 10. A front shaft 16 having a hole 15 is screwed. The tip shaft 16 is vertically movable within the tip shaft 16.
The slider 17 is housed by contacting the step 18 of the slider 17 with the inner step 14 of the slider 17 and a spring 19 is stretched between the flange 12 of the ink tank 10 and the slider 17. Holder 23 having porous stamped surface portion 20 having pores and ink impregnation therein
Is installed.

When stamping, remove the seal cap 24 and
Then, the front shaft 15 is gripped and the lower end of the stamping surface portion 20 is pressed against a document or the like to be stamped. At that time, the slider 17 retreats against the spring 19 with the consumption of the ink on the stamp face portion 20, and
When the upper surface portion 22 of the stamp surface comes into contact with the core 8, the ink tank 10
The ink 11 in the inside penetrates into the upper surface portion 22 of the stamp face via the core body 8 and is supplied to the stamp face section 20. In that case, it is necessary to replace the air in the ink tank 10. The air to be replaced passes through an air flow hole 15 provided on the side surface of the front shaft 16,
The notch 6 of the ink flow controller 1 enters the thick groove 4 and
Through the narrow groove 5 and into the ink tank 10 from the groove at the upper end.

The ink is sequentially supplied to the core body 8 to replace the air corresponding to the consumed ink in the ink tank 1, and the ink in the ink tank 10 expands and the extruded ink is increased when the temperature rises. The ink held in the gap 3 is held in the gap 3 and the ink held in the gap 3 is collected in the ink tank 10 when the temperature drops.

Printing density does not decrease, printing can be performed without any trouble until ink is used up, and the printing life is long. In addition, the mechanism of the ink flow rate control body works smoothly, and it is possible to prevent the appropriate dropping of the ink and the accident such as the ejection of the ink due to the temperature change. Also, even if the stamp face is left facing down, ink is not excessively supplied to the stamp face,
The problem that the amount of ink at the time of stamping becomes large and the paper or the like is smeared by rubbing and the problem that the imprint blurs is improved.
