れていた。 こうした軟らかい素材は、捺印すれば、こ
の捺印力により印字体が伸び縮みを行ない、多孔質の印
字体の中にあるインキを押し出すことになる。そして、
印字体の上面に当接されているインキ吸蔵体より、浸透
力によりインキがなくなった多孔部にインキを呼びこ
み、印字体内のインキを十分な量にしておき、鮮明捺印
を得られる様にしたものである。しかしながら、こうし
た軟らかい素材による印字体は、公的に使用する印鑑に
は問題があった。そこで、硬い素材の印字体が発明され
ているが、この硬い印字体は、前記に見られる様なポン
プ作用が印字体自体にないので、なかなか鮮明な印影を
得ることが出来なかった。また、捺印時に際し、軟らか
い印字体に比べて、捺印感が硬いといった問題点があ

呈部の距離Hが、S>Hであるので受け金が先に被捺印
物に当接し、過剰な押圧によりインキ吸蔵体4とカート
リッジインキ吸蔵体5を押しすぎインキを過剰に出すこ

る。6は、補充口栓であり本体1の上部開口端に着脱自
在に嵌着しており、前記弾性部材9の一端を当接してい
る。10は、ホルダーであり、前記補充口栓6と前記本
体1の一部を覆い隠し、ホルダー10の下端部にホルダ
ー用板バネ11により本体1と着脱自在に嵌着してい
る。本発明の硬質印判を使用した時の作用は次の通りで
ある。本発明の印判を紙等に押圧捺印すると弾発支持さ
れた印字体3は、距離Hにより制御され空間Sの間を上
下動する。これとともに、インキ吸蔵体4と、カートリ
ッジインキ吸蔵体5が弾性部材9に抗して、上方に押さ
れインキを排出し、印字体3に供給し、印字体3の下面
から紙に供給したインキを補給することになる。従っ
