In such an operation, when the partition pieces 2 and 3 contact the end surfaces of the seedling box 1 and the air cylinders C1 and C2 expand and contract to push the seedling box 1 from both end surfaces,
The air cylinder C on the high air pressure side is expanded / contracted by a certain amount to turn on the position switch S2, but the expansion / contraction amount of the air cylinder C2 on the smaller side of the air cylinder C1 is small, and the seedling box is small. The excessive clamping pressure by the two partition pieces 2 and 3 of 1 will be relieved.

As described above, in the seedling box 1 supported by the stoppers 14 and 15 in the lower part of the elevator 8, the partitions 2 and 3 come out from the left and right by the extrusion of the air cylinders C1 and C2, and as described above. Is inserted between the bottom edges of the seedling box 1 at the bottom and the second seedling box 1 at the upper side (FIG. 2-B). At this time, the seedling box 1 is large,
When the position of the seedling box 1 is deviated to the left and right and the partitions 2 and 3 by the air cylinders C1 and C2 press the seedling box 1, the partition 2 by the air cylinder C1 is
Since the air pressure is high, the air is pushed out to a certain position and the seedling box 1 is pressed toward the air cylinder C2 side on the opposite side, and the pressing force of the partition 3 by the air cylinder C2 having the low air pressure is overcome, and this partition 3 is already used. When the extended position due to is reaching a fixed position, it is pushed back by pressing the partition 2 by the air cylinder C1, and when the partition 2 reaches the constant extended position, the position switch S2 is turned on. As a result, the stoppers 14 and 15 in the next stroke are caused to retreat.

Therefore, even if the left and right partitions 2 and 3 come to sandwich the seedling box 1, the sandwiching pressure is small, and the seedling box 1 is not distorted or damaged, and is accurate. By performing the partitioning operation of the seedling box 1 and turning on the position switch S2, it is possible to perform the seedling box reeling operation in the next step. In this way, when the extended positions of the partitions 2 and 3 by the air cylinders C1 and C2 are detected by turning on the position switch S2, the stoppers 14 and 15 by the lower air cylinders C3 and C4 retreat to the left and right outer sides. Then, the engagement support at the bottom of the seedling box 1 at the bottom is removed. Therefore, the seedling box 1 at the lowermost stage is dropped, and the seedling box 1 at the upper stage side engages and supports the edge portion of the box by the partitions 2 and 3 (FIG. 2-C).
The lowermost seedling box 1 fed downward is received by the lower seeding conveyor 4 and conveyed to the front seedling device side.

When the position sensor S3 is turned on by retracting the stoppers 14 and 15 by the air cylinders C3 and C4, the air cylinders C3 and C4 are extended again, and the stoppers 14 and 15 are subsequently dropped from the upper side. It becomes the position to receive the bottom of the seedling box 1 at the bottom (Fig. 2-D). At this time, when the stoppers 14 and 15 are extended, the position switch S4 of the air cylinder C3 is turned on to return to the same operation process as in FIG. 2-A, and the air cylinders C1 and C2 move the partitions 2 and 3 together. The stacking device 20 holds the seedling box 1 fed from the seedling box drawing device 21 between the loading belts 34, which are a pair of flat belts on the left and right sides, and transfers the seedling boxes 1 to the elevated position by the lifting device 35. The seedling box 1 is opened and dropped and stacked on the upper surface of the pallet 36 which is intermittently lowered from the pallet 36. By the transfer device 37 including an air cylinder provided, the pallet 36 and the pallet 36 are extruded and replaced on the upper surface of the germination cart 22 prepared on one side. The stacking device 20 as described above is provided in two rows in front and rear, and the seedling box 1 by the loading belt 34 is used.
When the stacking operation of the front stacking apparatus 20 is finished, the stacking operation of (1) works alternately so as to stack the stacking apparatus 20 on the rear side so that continuous stacking is performed. Along with this, the transshipment device 37 is also alternately operated.

The loading belt 34 to be placed on is set to the same speed V3 as the pulling belt 30. In this way, the relationship between the pushing speed V1 by the pushing plate 29, the pulling speed V2 by the pulling belt 30, and the speed V3 of the loading belt 34 is V1 ≦ V2 = V3.
By setting the following, the transfer impact is not given to the seedling box 1 after sowing, and the bias due to the impact force of the bed soil, seeds or the like in the seedling box 1 is reduced.
