【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 コーヒー豆を粉砕するカッターと、前記
カッターが内装されている粉砕室と、前記カッターを駆
動するモータと、前記モータを運転・停止するモータ制
御手段と、粉砕されて濾過室に収容されたコーヒー粉に
熱湯を吐出してコーヒー液を抽出する加熱制御手段と、
前記モータ電流を第1の所定時間毎に測定する電流検知
手段と、コーヒー豆を粉砕するときの前記粉砕室、およ
び前記モータの回転時の振動を電気信号に変換する振動
検知素子と、前記振動検知素子の出力信号を増幅および
波形処理する振動波形処理手段と、第2の所定時間毎に
前記振動波形処理手段の信号を測定し、その測定値の最
大値と最小値の差を第3の所定時間毎に計算し、その差
が第1の所定値以下である状態が所定回数連続した時点
で、前記電流検知手段により測定された電流値が所定範
囲内であれば前記モータ制御手段により前記モータの通
電を停止し、前記加熱制御手段を動作させる粉砕終了検
知手段とを備えたことを特徴とするコーヒー沸かし器。
