器1から容器外へ飛び出さないよう容器蓋10を
嵌合させて本体11内の所定位置に設置し、カツ
タ3でコーヒー豆を一定時間粉砕した後、タンク
5に収納した水を逆止弁6を介してヒータ7と一
体に成形した水管8へ導入し、この導入した水を
加熱することにより発生する蒸気圧によつて湯を
押し上げ、バスケツト9の上方に位置する吐出管
8′に導き、この吐出管8′からバスケツト9内に
湯を注ぐことにより、コーヒー抽出液を得るもの
である。
