精度の位置決めを可能とするものである。

困難であり、高精度の位置決め停止が不可能であった。

端部に取り付ける一方、該支持ケースの他端部に前記シ
リンダを連結したことを特徴とする。

決め停止が行い得る。

いたものをそのまま使用でき、依ってコストの大幅な増
大は無いという利点もある。
