Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an ink pattern having a given coating thickness corresponding to the thickness of a screen even in the case where a viscosity of ink is low by a method wherein at least the surface of a squeezee is made to have water-repellent properties. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a squeezee 4 is made of a high-molecular resin such as polypropylene or of fluororesin such as Teflon or the like. をゴム製などのスキージ4で押し出しながらスクリーン
2の印刷用パターン5内に充填し、セラミック基板1上
に所定形状のインクパターンを転写することが行われて
いる。
