2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, joints are always formed when a steel frame column of a steel structure is covered with a molded plate for fireproof coating or a fireproof partition is constructed. As a result, when a fire resistance test is performed, the joint portion opens due to shrinkage due to heating and becomes a weak point portion, and the overall fire resistance performance is lower than in the case where there is no joint portion. Therefore, in order to satisfy the required fire resistance performance, thicken the molded plate and bond the joints with a fire-resistant adhesive, or if the molded plate is a two-layered joint, the joints of the top and bottom are heavy. A method that does not happen is adopted.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in such a conventional steel frame fireproof coating method, since the plate thickness of the formed plate satisfying the fireproof performance is thicker than in the case where there is no joint portion, an extra material is required. It is uneconomical, and if two layers are attached, the time and effort required for attaching the layers will be more than doubled, and the cost will be considerably high.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the above problems in the prior art by forming a plate or forming a fireproof partition so as to shorten the construction period, simplify the construction management, and save the material. At that time, the underlay is attached at a predetermined interval between the joints and the joints at a predetermined interval so that the fire resistance of the joints does not deteriorate even if the joints open, and the weaknesses of the joints are eliminated. Another object of the present invention is to provide a steel frame fireproof coating method characterized in that a gap is provided between the forming plate and the steel frame so that heat is not directly transmitted to the steel frame to enhance the fireproof performance.

Means for Solving the Problems According to the present invention, the steel frame fireproof coating method is used to form a joint of a molded plate when a steel frame column or beam of a steel structure is covered with a molded plate to form a fireproof coating or a fireproof partition. Fireproof bottom adhesive is attached at a predetermined interval in the middle between the joints and joints to form a gap between the steel column or beam and the forming plate, and the steel column or beam is directly formed into the forming plate. It is characterized by improving the fire resistance of joints and steel columns so that it does not come into contact with the joint.

Embodiment An embodiment of the steel frame fireproof coating method of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawings. The illustrated embodiment is a case where a fireproof coating is applied to an H-shaped steel frame 10 and the steel frame 10 is surrounded. Then, the lower patch 12 is attached to the steel frame 10 at a predetermined interval by an appropriate means such as an adhesive, a pin, a clip, and a stud bolt. Then, the surface material or the molding plate 14 is fixed to the lower patch 12 by an appropriate means such as an adhesive, a screw, a tucker, a nail, or a glaze so that the joints are located on the lower patch 12. It The lower adhesive material 12 and the molding plate 14 used may be gypsum board, calcium silicate, or other suitable refractory material.

Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the lower patch 12 is provided on the joint portion of the forming plate 14, but it is also provided on other general parts as necessary to partially attach the steel frame 10 and the forming plate 14 together. It is also possible to provide a gap between and to prevent the heat from being directly transmitted to the steel frame 10. The other portion according to this need, for example, when the molding plate used is long or wide, since the space between the joint portion is wide, an appropriate pitch in the middle depending on the shrinkage rate and strength of the molding plate. A bottom adhesive may be placed between the joints and the joints.

As described above, according to the present invention, the underlaying material of the refractory material such as the gypsum board is first attached to the steel frame at a predetermined interval in the joint portion and other necessary portions of the forming plate, and then on top of it. In addition, an effective refractory coating can be applied by a simple operation such as simply fixing the surface material, finishing material, and molded plate of an appropriate refractory material. Therefore, in the present invention, by partially underlaying the joint portion, which is the weak point portion of the steel frame fireproof coating, even if the joint portion of the surface material or the molding plate is opened due to heat shrinkage during heating, Since the material blocks the heat, the temperature rise due to the opening of joints can be prevented, and even in general parts, the surface material and the back surface of the forming plate do not directly touch the structural materials such as steel frames and studs, leaving a gap. Since an air layer is created,
The temperature rise of the structural material can be suppressed, and the thickness of the fireproof coating can be reduced as compared with the conventional method.

As described above, since the steel frame fireproof coating method of the present invention significantly improves the fireproof performance, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the fireproof coating as compared with the conventional one-layer coating, and the amount of material used is small. The thickness of the fire-resistant coating can be reduced compared to the two-layer application, and since it is a partial undercoating, the number of undercoating materials is small, and the handling of the undercoating material is easy and easy. No need for construction, construction work can be significantly reduced, material and construction costs can be significantly reduced, construction period can be shortened, and the amount of materials used can be reduced, leading to a reduction in the total weight of the fire-resistant coating and sufficient fire resistance. It is possible to obtain effects such as obtaining the steel frame fireproof coating.
