Additionally, materials with multiple refractory layers are also being researched. By the way, if the fireproof layer is multilayered, the fireproofness will improve accordingly,
On the other hand, there is a drawback that the load burden for supporting the refractory material becomes large.

A plurality of refractory materials are stacked one on top of the other, an air layer is formed between each refractory material, the edges on both sides of these refractory materials are overlapped and fixed to a support plate made of refractory metal, and the support plate is It is characterized in that the extended mounting edge is fixed to the surface of the building frame.

る。(Operations and Effects of the Invention) According to the above configuration, since the fireproof material is layered inside the gap between the building frames, it is possible to block out the fire and the accompanying high temperatures even in the event of a fire or the like. Moreover, since an air layer is formed between the refractory materials, heat conduction due to this air layer can be extremely reduced, and the insulation effect is large even though there is no load at all. Therefore, the overall fire resistance is improved and the load burden can be reduced. In addition, the edges of both ends of the refractory material can be overlapped and fixed to a support plate, and the mounting edge, which is an extension of the support plate, can be fixed to the surface of the building frame. The installation work is much easier than fixing the edges of the structure together to the surface of the building frame. Furthermore, even if the gap between the frames is narrow, the refractory material can be easily installed.

It is formed into a band shape by being sandwiched between members, and has flexibility as a whole. The side ends of the refractory materials 7, 7 are sandwiched between backing plates 21, 22 so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the frame gap, and the refractory materials are attached to the ends of the extending edges 20b of the support plate 20 with bolts 12. It is fixed in a pinched manner to prevent cracking when the refractory material changes.

易に配設することができる。 As described above, since the fireproof material 7 is layered inside the gap between the building frames, it is possible to block out the fire and the accompanying high temperatures even in the event of a fire. Moreover, since the air layer 11 is formed between the refractory materials 7, heat conduction through the air layer 11 can be extremely reduced, and the insulation effect is large even though there is no load at all. Therefore, the overall fire resistance can be improved and the load burden can be reduced.
Also, the end edges on both sides of the refractory material 7 are overlapped and fixed to the support plate 20, and the support plate 2
Since the mounting edge extending from 0 can be fixed to the surface of the building wall frame 1, it is much more convenient than the conventional case of fixing the edges of the fireproof material together to the surface of the building frame. Installation is easy.
Furthermore, even if the gap between the frames is narrow, the refractory material 7 can be easily disposed.
