(Problems to be solved by the invention) By the way, in the above-described conventional small-sized low-rise elevator, first, like the general elevator, the middle portion of the upper beam 15c of the car frame 15 of the car 8 is suspended by the hoisting rope 11. Since it is small, it is a lower beam that makes up the car frame 15.
Since many members such as 15a, the left and right standing frames 15b, and the upper beam 15c are required, and a large size of those shapes is required, the weight becomes heavy. As a result, not only the receiving beam 9 and the sheave 10 above the hoistway 3 become large,
There is a problem that it is necessary to increase the strength of the hoistway 3 that supports the hoistway 3 and that the hoisting machine 12 that drives the car 8 also needs a large capacity. Further, since the car 8 has the stand frame 15b of the car frame 15 arranged on the outside of the car room 13 and the car floor 14, the lateral width becomes large, which requires a wide planar space in the hoistway 3. In other words, even for small elevators for low-rise floors, because the weight of the car is large and wide, a large strength and a large installation space are required. It was difficult.

(Operation) With the above configuration, since the car is hung by connecting the hoisting rope of the hoisting machine to both ends of the lower beam, the left and right standing frames and the upper beam are not required among the conventional car frame members. As a result, the frame members can be significantly reduced, and the weight of the car can be reduced. Also, since the car room reinforcing member on the back of the car room side plate is extended downward and is connected and supported by the lower beam, there is nothing that protrudes greatly to the left and right like the conventional left and right stand frames, and the overall size of the car can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from collapsing by the guide shoe provided on the upper portion of the cab without any problem in strength due to the cab reinforcing member. By reducing the size and weight of the car, the strength and capacity of each component of the hoistway and drive unit can be reduced, and the installation space can be reduced.
The whole elevator becomes a very efficient system.

Also, since the suspension points at both ends of the lower beam 24 by the left and right hoisting ropes 33, 33 are symmetrically arranged in a balanced manner with the guide rail 31 sandwiched therebetween, the influence of an unbalanced load on the car 21 is small, and the car room 22 The reinforcing member 25 on the back surface of the left right side plate 22a is extended downward to be connected and supported by the car floor 23 and the lower beam 24 to obtain the rigidity of the car room 22 and to be attached to both ends of the reinforcing member 26 of the upper ceiling plate 22. Since the guide shoes 29 are provided via the plate 28 and guided by the left and right guide rails 31, the holding strength for preventing the cab 22 from falling is sufficient. Even if the lengths of the left and right hoisting ropes 33, 33 are unbalanced, the ropes can be easily adjusted by the ropes 29 for the rope hitches and the springs 40.

By reducing the size and weight of the car 21, the strength and capacity of each component of the hoistway 30 and the drive unit can be reduced, and the installation space can be reduced. Further, the receiving beam 36 at the upper end of the hoistway 30 has two load points on the left and right, which are close to the fixed positions at both ends, so that it is possible to reduce the size unlike the conventional concentrated load at one point in the center. Moreover, the upper sheaves 37 and 38 do not have to have a large diameter in order to secure the distance between the hanging centers unlike the conventional sheaves, and a very small diameter can be used. Further, the hoisting machine 32 can be installed directly below the buffer 42 at the lower end of the hoistway 30, and there is no need to provide a machine room projecting laterally from the lower part of the hoistway as in the prior art, which makes it more compact.
