Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an unauthorized parking prohibiting device which is constituted to prevent a third party from parking without permission and can be installed to a rent garage. CONSTITUTION:A fence plate 3 is pivotally supported to a base plate 1 made of an iron plate through a lateral horizontal shaft 2 in a manner to rise and fall in an overlapping state. A revolving arm 5 is pivotally mounted on the upper surface of the fence plate 3 in a falling state through a pivot 4 positioned in the vicinity of the horizontal shaft 2 and extending in a direction crossing the horizontal shaft 2 approximately at right angles and the revolving arm 5 is revolvable throughout a range of from the state where the revolving arm is brought into contact with the fence plate 3 to a position where the revolving arm crosses the fence plate 3 at right angles. In a state that the revolving arm 5 is caused to cross the fence plate 3 and the fence plate 3 is caused to rise, a rise and fall piece 8 having a lock hole 7 brought into coincidence contact with a lock hole 6 formed in the tip of the revolving arm 5 is pivotally mounted on the base plate 1 through a longitudinally horizontal hinge shaft 9.
