Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ベースの上に支持部を有する支持部材を
固着して設け、圧電振動子片の一端を支持部の上に載
せ、支持部の上からベースの下方まで伸びる一対の端子
を設けるとともに、一対の端子の上端を導電性接着剤を
介して圧電振動子片における一対の電極に個別に接続し
た圧電振動子において、 支持部の上面における一対の端子どうしの間に位置する
部分に切欠部を形成したことを特徴とする圧電振動子。

し、圧電振動子片を囲繞する金属製のシールリングを介
して圧電振動子片を密封する蓋を設けた圧電振動子にお
いて、 支持部の上面における一対の端子どうしの間及び端子と
シールリングとの間に位置する部分に切欠部を形成した
ことを特徴とする圧電振動子。
