Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform complete combustion of an object to be incinerated and to prevent block of the injection nozzle of a combustion burner with the object by providing a fire grate arranged in an incinerator in such a way as to face a combustion flame and arranging a shelf, which is inclined downward toward a combustion flame and on which the object is placed, to the fire grate. CONSTITUTION:An incinerator 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a thick section and has a charge port 2 for the object A to be incinerated formed in an upper part. The incinerator has a vertically long primary combustion chamber 3 and an ash take-out port 4 formed in a lower side wall. A fire grate 13 is arranged on the inner wall, facing an injection nozzle 6 of a combustion burner 5, of a primary combustion chamber 3. A shelf 16 consists of a plurality of metallic rods and comprises an arcuate part having an outer peripheral side extended in the vicinity of the inner wall of the burner 1, and a curved part formed in a shape conforming to the shape of the combustion flame of the combustion burner 5. The inclination direction of the shelf 16 is extended toward the central side of the combustion chamber 3 and the object A placed on the shelf 16 is so formed as to be guided to the tip side of a combustion flame.

2. Description of the Related Art An incinerator for burning an incineration object by a combustion burner generally puts the incineration object in a cylindrical combustor as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-38968. It burns with a combustion burner. Although not disclosed in this publication, in the case where a large number of materials to be incinerated are put into the combustion chamber at once and incinerated, the inner diameter of the combustor is increased to increase the inner volume, and the side wall of the combustor is increased. Combustion burners are attached to the upper and lower parts. And, in the combustor in front of the injection port of the combustion burner, a frame-type support stand is provided so that the incineration object does not block the injection of combustion flame, and a plurality of incinerator ashes are dropped on the inner bottom of the combustor. There is a plate with holes.

In such an incinerator, an object to be incinerated is put into a combustor, placed on a plate, a combustion burner is ignited, and a combustion flame is applied to the object to be incinerated. At this time, the combustion flame is injected in the form of an ellipse toward the front of the injection port.

However, as described above, in the case where the internal volume of the combustor is large, the combustion flame does not reach the incineration object located at the bottom of the combustor, which is separated from the injection port. Complete combustion occurs, and the incineration objects above it fall without being incinerated and accumulate one after another, producing a large amount of smoke and inefficient combustion. In addition, the incinerated matter deposited in this way eventually becomes a large lump, and the injection port is blocked, so that the incineration work cannot be performed at all, or the combustion flame hits the incinerated object at a close distance and returns to the injection port side to burn the burner. There is a risk that the temperature of the combustion burner will become high and the combustion burner will be burned, or parts around the combustion burner (igniter, oil pump, etc.) will be burned.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.
Completely combusts the incinerated material, prevents a large amount of smoke from being generated due to incomplete combustion, and burns the burned material by the incinerated material.
This is to prevent the injection port of the nozzle from being blocked.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a combustor, a combustion burner which is attached to a side wall of the combustor, and emits a combustion flame substantially horizontally toward the combustor. The grate is provided in the combustor so as to face the combustion flame, and the shelf is inclined downward with respect to the combustion flame and on which the incineration object is placed is provided in the grate.

The other grate 20 is the injection port 6 of the combustion burner 5.
Immediately before the above, it is arranged on the inner wall of the primary combustion chamber 3. The other grate 20 includes a long support portion 21 formed of a plurality of metal rods, a short support portion 22 formed of a plurality of metal rods, and a plurality of support portions fixed to the upper portions of the respective support portions 21, 22. It is composed of another shelf 23 formed of a metal rod and inclined toward the grate 13 side, and is placed on the other grate 9b. The vertical length of the short support portion 22 is the grate 1
It is provided about twice as long as the length of the short support rod 15.
Therefore, the fixing portion 17 is located at the middle of the height of the short supporting portion 22, and the incineration object B placed on the upper portion of the other shelf 23 does not prevent the forward injection of the combustion flame and does not interfere with the shelf. The incineration object A placed on the upper part of 16 is burned. In this way, the material B to be incinerated is incinerated over a relatively long time, and the residue thereof may fall slowly, so that the inclination angle of the other shelf 23 with respect to the horizontal direction is a relatively gentle angle of 2 ° to 7 °. Is provided.

Next, the operation will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 1, the lid 24 is opened and held in an inclined state, and the material to be incinerated is put into the primary combustion chamber 3 through the charging port 2 and the combustion burner 5 is inserted.
And the incineration burner 7 is ignited, the temperature of the combustion flame of the combustion burner 5 is raised, and the temperature of the combustion flame of the incineration burner 7 is made lower than the temperature of the combustion flame of combustion burner 5. Burn in the next combustion chamber 3. At this time, the incineration object B placed on the upper part of the other shelf 23 is placed on the upper part of the other shelf 23 until the combustion is completed. Therefore, the combustion flame of the combustion burner 5 is not on the other shelf 2
It passes under 3 and is applied to the incineration object A which is located below the incineration object B and placed on the upper part of the shelf 16. Along with the injection of the combustion flame, a part of the combustion flame heats and burns the incineration object B, and the tip side of the combustion flame hits the incineration object A and heats and burns it, and the incinerated incineration object. The residue of B falls along the slope of the other shelf 23 and falls on the grate 9b.

On the other hand, the incineration object A placed on the upper part of the shelf 16 is brought closer to the center of the shelf 16 by the inclination from the arc portion 18 to the curved portion 19 side, and falls from the tip of the shelf 16. When the processing burner 32 is also burned to raise the temperature in the secondary combustion chamber 26 to a high temperature, when the temperature in the secondary combustion chamber reaches a predetermined temperature, the blower 35 is operated to send a large amount of air into the air supply duct 34. It enters and is discharged into the outside air through the exhaust pipe 33. With the above combustion, the first exhaust duct 28 guides the lowest unburned gas in the primary combustion chamber 3 into the processor 25, and the second exhaust duct 29 is connected to the combustion burner 5 in the combustion chamber 3. The unburned gas between the incineration burners 7 is introduced into the processor 25. Similarly, the third exhaust duct 30 guides the unburned gas above the incineration burner 7 into the processor 25, and the fourth exhaust duct 31 discharges the unburned gas at the top in the primary combustion chamber 3 into the processor 25. Guide inside.

As a result of the draft effect produced when the air blown from the air supply duct 34 is sent into the exhaust pipe 33, the exhaust gas is burned by the exhaust pipe 3 as shown by the arrow in FIG.
It is sucked into 3 and is released into the outside air in a colorless and odorless state.

As described above, according to the present invention, the grate provided facing the combustion burner in the combustion chamber is provided with the shelf which is lowered downward toward the combustion burner side. Even when the incinerated matter is thrown into the combustion chamber at a position away from the combustion burner, the incinerated matter is naturally guided to the combustion burner side along the shelf and is heated by the high heat of the combustion burner. Burns completely.

Further, preferably, by providing another grate which is located above the combustion flame and inclines downward along the radial direction of the combustion flame, the incineration object placed on the other grate is ,
It is incinerated with combustion flames without blocking the emission of combustion flames.
In this way, the incineration products on the grate and the other grate are incinerated, and the residue falls in the gap between the two, so that the incineration products do not deposit and the combustion efficiency is also improved.
