動された前記押圧部材をその位置に保持してロックする
ロック部材と、前記触針に検査電流を供給するスイッチ

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 【請求項1】導電回路を担持した基板をその周縁部にて
担持する担持部材と、前記担持部材に対して移動自在に
設けられ前記担持部材に担持された基板上の導電部に先
端にて当接する触針が植設された触針板と、前記担持部
材を挾んで前記触針板と反対側において前記担持部材に
対して移動自在に設けられ前記担持部材近傍に駆動せし
められて前記担持部材に担持された基板の変形を矯正し
つつ前記基板を押圧する押圧部材と、前記触針板を駆動
して前記触針を前記基板上の導電部に当接せしめると共
に前記押圧部材を前記担持部材近傍に駆動して前記基板
を押圧せしめる単一の駆動手段と、前記担持部材近傍に
駆動された前記押圧部材をその位置に保持してロックす
るロック部材と、前記触針に検査電流を供給するスイッ
チと、を含む基板回路検査装置であって、 前記駆動手段は、前記触針が前記基板上の導電部に当接
する前に前記押圧部材を前記担持部材近傍に駆動せし
め、かつ、前記触針が前記基板上の導電部に当接した後
に前記スイッチを閉成せしめ、 前記ロック部材は、前記触針板の動きに応じ前記触針が
前記基板上の導電部に当接する前に前記押圧部材を保持
してロックする、 ことを特徴とする基板回路検査装置。
1.
