BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there have been cases in which sewn products of the same shape are mass-produced, and in this case, it has been extremely difficult to form each sewn product in exactly the same sewing state and shape. In particular, when there was a sewn portion consisting of a curved surface, etc., the difference was particularly noticeable.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in conventional pattern sewing machines, it is necessary to efficiently and reliably feed the pattern template and the fabric held between the pattern templates. Currently, it is not possible to feed the fabric efficiently and reliably.In particular, bends and curves are formed in the guide groove of the pattern template, making it difficult to sew while moving the pattern template to accommodate the bends and curves. When doing so, it must be done manually, which has the drawback of making the work complicated.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is made by sandwiching the fabric to be sewn between a pair of upper and lower pattern templates each having a guide groove formed at a predetermined distance from a pattern serving as a sewing pattern. The lower guide groove of the pattern template is fitted into a guide pin protruding from the workbench, and the pattern template is fed while being guided by a guide roller provided so as to come into contact with the upper pattern template. In a fabric feeding mechanism of a pattern sewing machine that is moved by a member to perform sewing, a substrate is provided extending horizontally on the pivot shaft of the guide roller, and a substantially L-shaped actuating member is provided on the substrate. Rotatably supported by a pivot shaft extending in the vertical direction,
The actuating member is formed of one end extending in the longitudinal direction of the substrate and the other end formed on the detection piece, and a notch is formed in a portion of the substrate facing the one end of the actuating member, and one end of the actuating member A driven pin is formed to protrude downward and is slidably fitted into a guide groove of the upper pattern plate through a notch in the substrate, and the driven pin is connected to the guide groove on a large curved surface of the guide groove. By moving left and right along the groove, one end of the actuating member rotates left and right;
A drive control mechanism includes a drive roller that rotates a detection piece at the other end of the operating member, detects the rotation of the detection piece by a detection means, and drives the pattern template based on the output of the detection means. It is characterized by being designed to control the drive.

This drive control mechanism 71 reduces the sewing speed at the bent portion or the bending portion position of the guide groove 5,
That is, this includes control for slowing down the repetitive crank motion that is the drive mechanism of the feeding member 31 so as to obtain uniform sewing stitches at bent portions or bent portions. Further, the drive control mechanism 71 controls the movable member 7 of the up/down means 73 based on the output of the detection means 62.
5 is lowered, and the shaft rod 81 provided to the movable member 75 via the connecting rod 76 and the support bracket 78 is lowered, so that the drive roller 72 attached to the lower end of the shaft rod 81 comes into contact with the pattern template 2. When the driving roller 72 is detected to be in contact or pressed, and the driving roller 72 is lowered, the motor 74 is rotated forward or backward, and the driving roller 72 rotates the pattern templates 2, 3 and the fabric 1 into the pattern of the pattern templates 2, 3. The rotation is controlled according to the refraction or bending of the lens.

Next, when the patterns of the pattern plates 2 and 3 fall within a predetermined curved range or in a straight line, the output of the detection means 62 is turned off;
The movable member 75 of the vertical elevating means 73 is raised, and the feeding speed of the feeding member 31 becomes a predetermined constant speed.

The fabric to be sewn is held between a pair of upper and lower pattern templates having guide grooves formed at a predetermined distance from the pattern as a sewing pattern, and the guide grooves on the lower side of the pattern templates are formed to protrude onto the workbench. A sewing machine for pattern sewing, the sewing machine being adapted to sew by moving the pattern plate by a feeding member while being guided by a guide roller provided so as to fit into a guide pin that is attached to the upper pattern plate and to come into contact with the upper pattern plate. In the fabric feeding mechanism, a substrate is provided extending horizontally on the pivot shaft of the guide roller, and a substantially L-shaped actuating member is rotatably supported on the substrate by the pivot shaft extending vertically. , the actuating member has one end extending in the longitudinal direction of the substrate;
A notch is formed in a portion of the substrate facing the one end of the actuating member, and the one end of the actuating member is formed in a guide groove of the upper pattern plate. A driven pin is formed to protrude downward and is slidably fitted through a notch of the guide groove, and the driven pin moves in the left-right direction along the guide groove on the large curvature surface of the guide groove, so that the actuating member One end rotates in the left-right direction, a detection piece at the other end of the actuating member rotates, the rotation of the detection piece is detected by a detection means, and the pattern plate is set in a predetermined manner based on the output of the detection means. A fabric feed mechanism for a pattern sewing machine, characterized in that the fabric feed mechanism is configured to drive and control a drive control mechanism having a drive roller that is driven in a direction.
