Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in some alternative embodiments, the connection assembly 22 includes a first fixing member 221, a bearing 222, a limit screw 224, a second fixing member 223, and a locking member 225. The first fixing member 221 is a hollow structure, and the portion of the limit screw 224 exposed out of the jaw sliding bar 12 may be located in the first fixing member 221. The bearing 222 drives the jaw slide bar 12 to rotate and is connected to the first fixing member 221 and the second fixing member 223, and when the second cylinder 31 acts on the jaw sleeve bar 13, the jaw sleeve bar 13 drives the jaw slide bar 12 to rotate around the bearing 222. The second fastener 223 is sleeved outside the bearing 222 and the first fastener 221 to reinforce the connection between the jaw slide bar 12 and the first fastener 221. Specifically, the second fixing member 223 is also a hollow structure, the openings at the two ends of the second fixing member 223 are different in size, the large end opening is used for installing the bearing 222 and the first fixing member 221, and the small end opening is used for allowing the jaw slide bar 12 to extend into and can play a role in limiting after the jaw slide bar 12 is matched with the bearing 222, so that the jaw slide bar 12, the bearing 222 and the first fixing member 221 are stably arranged in the second fixing member 223. The first fixing element 221 and the second fixing element 223 are further provided with through holes in a penetrating manner, and the through holes on the first fixing element 221 and the second fixing element 223 are coaxially arranged so that the locking element 225 can penetrate through and lock the first fixing element 221 and the second fixing element 223, so that the jaw sliding bar 12 can be stably and rotatably connected to the connecting assembly 22.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 12-14, in some alternative embodiments, a sliding assembly is located at the output end of the second cylinder 31, and the sliding assembly includes a connecting member 32, a sliding sleeve 34 and a sliding member 33. The second connection hole 321 at one end of the connecting member 32 is connected to the output end of the second cylinder 31, and the first connection portion 322 is disposed at one end of the connecting member 32 away from the second cylinder 31. One end of the sliding member 33 is provided with a second connecting portion 331 engaged with the first connecting portion 322, and the first connecting portion 322 can be slidably engaged with the second connecting portion 331, so that the structure is simple and the connection is stable. On the other hand, the sliding sleeve 34 is firmly mounted on the fixed base 101 through the fixed portion 341 and the screw 342, the sliding sleeve 34 is provided with a hollow inner cavity 343 in which the sliding member 33 is slidably mounted, and the sliding member 33 is slidably disposed in the hollow inner cavity 343. The sliding member 33 is provided with a protruding protrusion 332, the protrusion 332 and the sliding member 33 are provided with a mounting hole 3321, the driving member 35 is mounted in the mounting hole 3321 and is in interference fit with the mounting hole 3321, the second cylinder 31 operates to drive the sliding member 33 to slide along the sliding sleeve 34, and the driving member 35 slides along with the sliding of the sliding member 33. Specifically, the sliding sleeve 34 is further provided with a sliding groove 344 through which the protrusion 332 and the driving member 35 protrude out of the sliding sleeve 34, and the protrusion 332 slides along the sliding groove 344. The driving member 35 is always located in the driving chute 131 to better fit with the sliding member 33 and prevent the sliding member from sliding out of the sliding sleeve 34.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the rotary clamping jaw device 100 of the present invention includes a clamping jaw mechanism 10, an opening and closing driving mechanism 20 for driving the clamping jaw mechanism 10 to open and close for taking and placing objects, and a rotary driving mechanism 30 for driving the clamping jaw mechanism 10 to rotate. The opening and closing driving mechanism 20 includes a first cylinder 21 vertically installed, and the rotation driving mechanism 30 includes a second cylinder 31 vertically installed. The vertical installation of the first cylinder 21 and the second cylinder 31 can effectively save the transverse space, so that the whole structure is more compact. The first cylinder 21 acts to make the connecting component 22 drive the jaw sliding rod 12 to slide along the jaw loop bar 13, so that the jaw assembly 11 connected to the jaw sliding rod 12 and the jaw loop bar 13 is opened and closed to take and place objects, and the jaw mechanism 10 is further provided with a limiting groove 132 and a limiting component 15, so that the jaw assembly 11 can more accurately clamp and take workpieces within a certain range. A driving chute 131 is further provided on the gripper mechanism 10, the rotary driving mechanism 30 includes a driving member 35 engaged with the driving chute 131, and the second cylinder 31 is actuated to slide the driving member 35 along the driving chute 131 to realize the rotation of the gripper mechanism 10. In the rotary clamping jaw device 100, the first air cylinder 21 and the second air cylinder 31 both act independently, so that the clamping jaw mechanism 10 can take and place materials independently or rotate independently, and the clamping jaw mechanism 10 can take and place materials and rotate simultaneously under the action of the first air cylinder 21 and the second air cylinder 31. The rotary clamping jaw device 100 is simple and novel in structure, greatly saves installation space, and can realize accurate clamping.

1. A rotary clamping jaw device is characterized by comprising a clamping jaw mechanism, an opening and closing driving mechanism and a rotary driving mechanism, wherein the clamping jaw mechanism is installed on a fixed seat; the clamping jaw mechanism further comprises a clamping jaw sleeve rod for allowing the clamping jaw sliding rod to penetrate through, the clamping jaw sleeve rod is sleeved on the clamping jaw sliding rod, the clamping jaw assembly is connected to the clamping jaw sleeve rod, and the first air cylinder drives the clamping jaw sliding rod to slide in the clamping jaw sleeve rod so as to realize opening and closing of the clamping jaw assembly; rotary driving mechanism include vertical install in the second cylinder of fixing base, the output of second cylinder is connected with sliding assembly, sliding assembly is including protruding drive piece that stretches the setting, be provided with the confession on the clamping jaw mechanism the drive chute that the drive piece stretched into, the drive chute is seted up in on the clamping jaw loop bar, the second cylinder action is so that the drive piece is followed the drive chute slides so that clamping jaw mechanism winds coupling assembling rotates.

The rotary jaw apparatus of claim 1, wherein said jaw sleeve bar is provided with first and second mountings at ends thereof for engagement with said jaw assembly, and said jaw slide bar is provided with a third mounting at one end thereof for engagement with said jaw assembly; clamping jaw subassembly includes link structure, first support piece and second support piece, link structure pivoted install in first installed part, the one end pivoted of first support piece connect in link structure, the other end pivoted of first support piece connect in the second installed part, the one end of second support piece be the pivoted connect in first support piece, the other end of second support piece be the pivoted connect in the third installed part, second support piece winds first support piece rotates so that link structure opens and shuts in order to put the work piece.

The rotary jaw apparatus of claim 2, wherein said first mount comprises a plurality of first mounts disposed about said jaw stem, said first mounts for mounting said link structure; the second installed part is including week locating a plurality of second installation departments of clamping jaw loop bar, the second installation department is used for the installation first support piece, the third installed part is including week locating a plurality of third installation departments of clamping jaw slide bar, the third installation department is used for the installation second support piece.

The rotary jaw apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drive chute comprises a first drive portion, a second drive portion, and a third drive portion, the first drive portion and the third drive portion being vertically disposed, the second drive portion being obliquely disposed between the first drive portion and the third drive portion and the second drive portion being in communication with the first drive portion and the third drive portion.

The rotating jaw device of claim 1, wherein said jaw sleeve is further formed with a limiting groove, said jaw slide bar is provided with a limiting member protruding out of said limiting groove, said jaw slide bar slides along said jaw sleeve to slide said limiting member in said limiting groove, and said limiting member cooperates with said limiting groove to limit the opening and closing degree of said jaw assembly.

The rotary jaw device according to claim 1, wherein the jaw mechanism further comprises a connecting sleeve for mounting the jaw sleeve rod, the jaw sleeve rod is fixed on the fixing seat by the connecting sleeve, and a through groove for exposing the driving chute is formed in the connecting sleeve.

The rotary jaw apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said connecting assembly comprises a first fixing member, a bearing, a limit screw and a second fixing member, said first fixing member is used for connecting said first cylinder, said jaw slide bar is provided with a fourth mounting portion for mounting said bearing, said limit screw is used for reinforcing the mounting of said bearing on said fourth mounting portion, said bearing drives said jaw slide bar to be rotatably connected to said first fixing member and said second fixing member; the second fixing piece is sleeved outside the bearing and the first fixing piece so as to reinforce the connection between the clamping jaw sliding rod and the first fixing piece.

The rotary jaw device according to claim 1, wherein said sliding assembly comprises a sliding sleeve and a sliding member, said sliding sleeve is mounted on said fixed base, said sliding sleeve is hollow, said sliding member is slidably disposed in said sliding sleeve, said driving member is mounted on said sliding member, and said driving member slides with the sliding of said sliding member.

The rotary jaw device according to claim 8, wherein the sliding member has a protruding protrusion, the protrusion and the sliding member have a mounting hole therethrough, and the driving member is mounted in the mounting hole and is in interference fit with the mounting hole; the sliding sleeve is provided with a sliding groove for the convex part to slide.
