Configuration of the Invention (1) Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a mounting recess of a box made of a synthetic resin hard foam core and an extensible surface layer. An engaging member is fitted to an inner surface, the engaging member has an anchor recess on a fitting surface of the engaging member with the inner surface of the mounting recess, and the mounting recess is bulged by foaming pressure of the core. Projecting from the inner surface of the mounting recess to fit into the anchor recess,
An anchor convex portion comprising a part of the core portion and a part of the surface layer portion covering the core portion is provided, and the anchor concave portion and the anchor convex portion are provided with the fitting concave portions of the locking member by fitting the both. The locking member is retained in the mounting recess by the engagement of the stopper member with the anchor recess.
For this reason, it is possible to omit the work process of making a cut in the surface layer or sealing the cut when attaching the locking member, so that the man-hours of the mounting work can be reduced and the process can be simplified as a whole. Since the surface of the portion adjacent to the locking member can be a continuous surface without breaks, it is effective in preventing the occurrence of cracks in the surface layer portion. Further, since it is not necessary to embed a part of the locking member (the above-mentioned fastening piece of the conventional structure) in the core, a thick portion for embedding the locking member as in the conventional structure is required in the core itself. It need not be specially formed.

As a result, the striker 10 is prevented from coming off the mounting recess 11, so that the striker 10 can be firmly and immovably held in the mounting recess 11. Further, when the striker 10 is attached, it is possible to omit a work process of making a cut in the surface layer portion 3 or sealing the cut, so that it is possible to reduce the man-hours of the mounting work and simplify the process as a whole. Moreover, the surface of the surface layer portion 3 adjacent to the striker 10 can be a continuous surface without breaks, which is effective in preventing the occurrence of cracks in the surface layer portion 3. Further, since it is not necessary to embed a part of the striker 10 in the core portion 2, it is not necessary to specially form a thick portion for embedding the striker in the core portion 2 itself, unlike the conventional structure. The moldability of the core portion 2 is good and the molding cost can be reduced.

Effect of the Invention According to the present invention, the locking member is fitted to the inner surface of the mounting recess of the box made of the synthetic resin hard foam core and the stretchable surface layer, and the locking member is An anchor recess is provided on a fitting surface with the inner surface of the mounting recess, and the mounting recess is bulged by foaming pressure of the core and protrudes from the inner surface of the mounting recess to fit into the anchor recess. An anchor convex portion including a part and a part of the surface layer portion covering the anchor convex portion is provided, and the anchor concave portion and the anchor convex portion prevent detachment of the locking member from the mounting concave portion by fitting the both. Therefore, even if a cut or a through hole is not specially formed in the surface layer portion, the anchor convex portion that is bulged by utilizing the foaming pressure of the core is fitted into the anchor concave portion of the locking member. The locking member can be retained in the mounting recess by fitting them together. Since it is possible to omit the work process or to seal or or break scored to contact the surface portion,
As a whole, the number of man-hours for mounting work can be reduced and the process can be simplified, which can contribute to improvement in work efficiency and cost reduction, and the surface adjacent to the locking member can be a continuous surface without breaks. Therefore, it is effective in preventing the occurrence of cracks in the surface layer portion, and can contribute to improving the durability of the surface layer portion. Further, since it is not necessary to embed a part of the locking member in the core, it is not necessary to specially form a thick portion for embedding the locking member in the core itself as in the conventional structure, Thus, the moldability of the core portion is good, and the cost of molding can be reduced.
