前記搬送台車の本体に垂直に保持して高真空度に保持さ
れた前記トンネル状ベルジャ内を移動させる過程で成膜
を行うようにした搬送型スパッタリング成膜装置におい
て、前記搬送台車の本体に前記複数の車輪をそれぞれ取
り付ける独立縣架方式のサスペンション機構を備えるこ
とを特徴としている。
