As a welding structure for such damping steel plates, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, a connection end of a damping steel plate 1 (a thin steel plate 2 with a resin material 3 interposed in the middle) is connected. The parts 4 are bent at right angles to form L-shapes, and the connecting ends 4 and 4 are brought into face-to-face contact with each other.
Of the structure in which the connecting end portions 5 and 5 are connected by welding 6 (edge welding), and, as shown in FIG. 6, the other connecting end portion 4B connecting one connecting end portion 4A to this A structure in which both connecting end portions 4A and 4B are overlapped with each other so as to project further and the connecting end portion end face 5B of the other short connecting end portion 4B is welded 7 to the longer connecting end portion 4A. There are things (lap welding).

[Problems to be solved by the device] However, FIG.
The conventional welded structure as shown in Fig. 3 can be easily welded in the case of the ordinary steel plate, but in the damping steel plate 1, the resin material 3
Since the resin material 3 in the connection end portions 4 and 4 is melted by the heat during welding, the outermost thin steel plates 2A and 2A at the connection end portions 4 and 4 will be A force is generated in a direction in which they are separated from each other by thermal expansion. As a result, the outermost thin steel plates 2A, 2A are connected to the end faces 5, 5
There is a drawback in that the part is bent back to cause opening and a poor welding. Further, in the case of the conventional welded structure as shown in FIG. 6, the longer outermost thin steel plate 2A is bent back from the connecting portion end surface 5A due to the same cause as described above, and the same opening as described above occurs. Therefore, there is a drawback that welding becomes defective.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a welded structure in which opening at the time of welding is prevented. The gist of the invention is to fold back at least one of the damping steel plates to one side to form a fold-back portion that is in close contact with one surface of the connection end portion, but the connection portion without the fold-back portion is formed. In the welding structure of the damping steel plate, the other end surface of the damping steel plate connected to this is brought into contact with the connecting end portion, and the damping steel plates are welded at the top of the folded portion. .

Reference numeral 16 is a weld metal, and as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the connecting end portion 13 of one damping steel plate 10A.
And the connection end 1 of the other damping steel plate 10B connected to this
4 and 4 are welded to each other on the other surface where the folded-back portion 15 is not formed and welded in the recessed portion near the top portion 15A of the folded-back portion 15. The welded metal 16 integrally joins the damping steel plates 10A and 10B. It is welded.

Since the welded portions of both damping steel plates 10A and 10B are welded in the recess near the top 15A of the folded-back portion 15 formed at the one connection end 14, the weld metal 16 rides on it. Good and reliable welding. Further, since the welded portions are located away from the end faces 10C and 10D of the connection end portions 13 and 14 of the vibration damping steel plates 10A and 10B, respectively, heat during welding is hard to be transmitted. Therefore, the resin material 12 in the vicinity of the end faces 10C and 10D of the connection portion is not melted, and welding can be performed without opening the mouth.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, both damping steel plates 1 having the same structure as the above embodiment.
The connecting end portions 14 of 0E and 10E are respectively bent at right angles in the same direction, and the tip end portions of the connecting end portions 14 are respectively folded back to the outside to form a folded portion 15 that is in close contact with one surface of the connecting end portion 14. The folded-back portion 15 of the both connecting end portions 14
When they are made to face each other on the other side that is not formed,
It is a configuration in which the weld metal 16 is welded in the concave portion between the top portions 15A of the two folded portions 15.

Since the welded portions of the vibration damping steel plates 10E, 10E are welded in the recesses between the tops 15A, 15A of the folded-back portions 15 formed at the connection end portion 14, the weld metal 16 can also be mounted. Good and reliable welding. Further, since the welded portions are located away from the end surfaces 10D of the connection portions 14 of the both damping steel plates, heat during welding is difficult to be transmitted, and the resin material 12 near the end surface 10D of the connection end portions is not transferred. It does not melt and can be welded without opening.

As described above, in the welded structure of the vibration damping steel plate according to the present invention, when at least one of the vibration damping steel plates is folded back to the one surface side to form the folded portion in close contact with the one surface of the connection end portion. Also, the connecting end of the other damping steel plate to be connected to the other surface of the connecting end portion not forming the folded-back portion is brought into face-to-face contact, and the both damping steel plates are welded at the top of the folded-back portion. With this configuration, the end surface of the connection end does not open due to heating during welding. Therefore, there are various effects that the welding work is easy and the workability is improved so that the welding can be surely performed.
