BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a welded joint of a general resin case has a structure as shown in FIG. That is, an inner protrusion 12 is formed at the end of one resin case 11, and an outer protrusion 14 is formed at the end of the other resin case 13, and these protrusions 12 and 14 are engaged with each other. , welding was performed in layers.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the above-mentioned conventional connection structure, the convex parts 12 and 14 are separated by the vertical force applied during welding, so that the resin cases 11 and 13 are welded with each other shifting laterally. As a result, a receiving jig or the like was required to prevent slippage, which caused problems in productivity. In addition,
As shown in FIG. 5, it is also considered to provide a guide protrusion 15 on the outside of one resin case 11 so as to sandwich the protrusion 14 of the other resin case 13 to prevent the two resin cases 11 and 13 from shifting. However, since the thickness of one of the resin cases 11 increases, when the outer dimensions are the same, the inner dimensions of the resin case become smaller, resulting in problems such as deterioration of volumetric efficiency and increase in weight. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 6,
In order to prevent deterioration of volumetric efficiency, the guide convex portion 15 is
If the thickness of the resin case is the same as that without the guide protrusion, a sufficient welding area cannot be secured, resulting in a decrease in welding strength.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the welded joint structure of the resin case of the present invention is such that a concave portion is formed at the end of one resin case, and the other end is connected to this end. A convex portion is formed at the end of the resin case to be fitted into the concave portion, and is welded to the tip of the convex portion and the tip of the side wall of one of the both sides of the concave portion of the one end of the resin case. The whites are formed on each side.

Effect In the above configuration, when connecting both resin cases to each other, the convex part of the other resin case is fitted into the concave part of one resin case, and while applying force in the direction of bringing them closer together, the tip of the convex part and The welding margin at the tip of one side wall forming the concave portion is melted and welded together. In this way, since the convex portion is fitted into the concave portion and welded at two locations, a strong connection is obtained without any displacement.

In FIG. 1, 1 is one resin case, and 2 is the other resin case connected to this one resin case 1. In FIG. Side walls (falling parts) 3 and 4 are formed on the inside and outside of the end of one resin case 1, and a recessed part 5 is formed between these side walls 3 and 4. Furthermore, a convex portion 6 formed in a shape to fit into the concave portion 5 is provided at the center of the end portion of the other resin case 2 .
Furthermore, the tip 6a of the convex portion 6 and the tip 3a of the outer side wall portion 3 of the other resin case 2 are formed obliquely to provide a welding margin.

In the above configuration, when connecting both resin cases 1 and 2, the convex part 6 of the other resin case 2 is fitted into the concave part 5 of one resin case 2, as shown in FIG. At this time, the tip 6 of the convex portion 6

That is, the welding margins are melted and welded together as shown in FIG. In this way, since the convex portion 6 is fitted into the concave portion 5 and welded at two locations, a strong connection is obtained without any displacement.

Effects of the invention According to the above invention, the convex part of the other resin case is fitted into the concave part of one resin case, and welding margins are formed in two places, so that it is possible to prevent the parts from separating and shifting during welding. This can be prevented and a predetermined welding strength can be obtained without increasing the thickness of the resin case. Therefore, a receiving jig for preventing displacement is not required, so that productivity is not reduced. Further, it does not cause a decrease in volumetric efficiency or an increase in weight.
