形成されている。第2の切刃パンチ5は、第4図に示す
ようにストリッパー7とで第1次剪断を行い、外形ポン
チ8で第2次剪断を行い、独立した抜きカス材にし、下
型内部を通過排出させ、ストリッパー7の受け部を不用
にし、下型構造を簡略したことを特徴とする。また従来
技術では切欠部打抜金型と、単純外形打抜金型の2型を
必要としたが、本考案による単一打抜金型で可能にし
た。この第6図に示すように、合成切刃部6により打抜
加工をした場合、第1の切刃部3aにより打抜製品10の外
形部10aは矩形状に打抜かれ、第2の切刃部5aにより打
抜製品10の外形部10aの一辺の一部10bをスリット状に打
抜く。第2の切刃パンチ5で構成される薄刃状の第2の
切刃部5aは応力の集中により、他の単純刃部より切刃摩
耗が促進され易く、ダイ3に使用されている材料より耐
摩耗性、靱性等の諸特性が良好な材料を選択し使用して
ある。また著しい摩耗が発生した場合においては第2の
切刃パンチ5を取り替えることにより、総合的な型ライ
