本発明において、艶出し用固形ワツクスとしては従来一
般に使用されているもの、例えばミツロウ、パラフイ
ン、カルナウバロウ等の１種又は２種以上の混合物が使
用される。滑沢剤としてはタルク、ステアリン酸マグネ
シウム、合成ケイ酸アルミニウム、メタケイ酸アルミン
酸マグネシウム等が挙げられ、これらは粒径50μ以下の
ものが好ましい。そして、この滑沢剤は、糖衣表面の凹
凸を研磨して平滑にすると共に、固形ワツクスが凝集し
て固りとなるのを防止する作用を奏する。固形ワツクス

うこともできる。散布する艶出し剤の量は、糖衣錠の大
きさによつても異なるが、例えば直径9mmの錠剤の場
合、1000錠当り200mgが好ましい。糖衣錠と艶出し剤の
流動混合は約30分間行えばよい。斯かる操作の後残存す
る艶出し剤は分離除去する必要はなく、得られた糖衣錠

混合した後、更に艶出し剤1000mgを散布して15分間流動
混合して、１錠当り0.2mgの艶出し剤を含有する美麗な
