配設されており、巻き上げ機構は支持部とこの支持部に
回動軸部を介して支持され開閉手段を介して略V字状に
開閉する二つのアームから構成される巻き上げ本体と、
この巻き上げ本体の周囲に回動自在に配設され且つアー
ムが開いた時に張架状態で支持される小径に巻き込むこ
とができる簾状のベルト部材と、アームの上方に設けら
れ該アームが閉じた時にアーム間部分の緩んだベルト部
材を略円筒状に形成する着脱自在で所要の径を有する形
成ドグと、アームが閉じた時にベルト部材を押圧して該
ベルト部材を回転させて乾海苔を巻き上げ且つ締め込む
締め込みローラ部とからなることを特徴とする自動巻寿

を寿司飯の下部に供給する乾海苔供給部と巻き上げ機構
とから構成されてなり、コンベアの上部は前記ベルトコ
ンベアの高さより低い位置に配設されこのコンベアと送
り装置の間に乾海苔供給部が配設され寿司飯切断部はベ
ルトコンベアの終端付近に配設されており、巻き上げ機
構は支持部とこの支持部に回動軸部を介して支持され開
閉手段を介して略V字状に開閉する二つのアームから構
成される巻き上げ本体と、この巻き上げ本体の周囲に回
動自在に配設され且つアームが開いた時に張架状態で支
持される小径に巻き込むことができる簾状のベルト部材
と、アームの上方に設けられ該アームが閉じた時にアー
ム間部分の緩んだベルト部材を略円筒状に形成する着脱
自在で所要の径を有する形成ドグと、アームが閉じた時
にベルト部材を押圧して該ベルト部材を回転させて乾海
苔を巻き上げ且つ締め込む締め込みローラ部とからなる
ことを特徴とする自動巻寿司製造装置。
