として排出させるようにしたものである。

蓋板4を設けて空洞部2aを形成すると共に該空
洞部2aの頂部側には処理液散布ノズル6を設
け、該散布ノズル6へは処理液供給装置(図示せ
ず)からパイプ7を介して処理液が圧送去れる。
また散布ノズル6は円環形としその内側に噴出ノ
ズル6a(第2図)を設けて構成したものを示し
たが他の適当なものでもよい。5は原綿供給装置
を示し処理槽1の上部側で且つ散布ノズル6のす
ぐ下の側壁に開口させてもうける。尚図はこの供
給装置5を空気搬送型のものを示したが、単なる
シユート型であつたり或いはベルトコンベヤ型で
あつてもよく、これらは自由に設計変更できる。
また処理槽1との連結部には適当なタンパー装置
を併設してもよい。5aは供給原綿の量を検知す
るセンサーを示し、処理槽1に投入供給される原
綿量をほぼ一定に保つためのものである。12及
び13はいずれも処理槽1に取り付けた温度セン
サー及び温度計である。一方前記外筒3は処理槽
1の外周に密封型に形成されて空洞部3aを形成
し、該空洞部3aへはパイプ8を介して加熱媒体
が送り込まれ、送り込まれた媒体は排出パイプ9
を介して与熱装置(図示せず)と循環する。尚加
熱媒体としては各種のものが利用できる。12a
及び13aはいずれも外筒3に設けた温度センサ
ー及び温度計である。10は外筒空洞部3aを貫
いて設けた点検窓で処理槽1内の原綿状態をみる
ためのものである。そして外筒3は処理槽1の下
部開口部外周に形成した幅広フランジ2bの上に
形成されており、該フヌランジ2bが前記開繊装
置11の上面に取り付けられる。開繊装置11は
脚柱11a,11a,〃,〃によつて支持され、
その中央部に4角状の貫通空洞部を形成して、開
繊ローラ15,15,15及びストリツピングロ
ーラ16,16を軸支する(第5図)。そしてこ
れらの開繊ローラ15及びストリツピングローラ
16は開繊装置11の空洞部の一方内壁にその支
軸を遊支し、他端側の支軸は開繊装置11に着脱
自在に設けた軸押さえブロツク14によつて遊支
されており、軸押さえブロツク側突出支軸にベル
ト車、歯車及びスプロケツトを取り付けて互いに
駆動される。そしてこれらの駆動は、開繊装置1
1に隣設したモータ台18上に取り付けたモータ
19からベルト20を介して第4図の左側開繊ロ
ーラ15の支軸に固定したベルト車と連結し、こ
の支軸に取り付けた歯車15aと中央側開繊ロー
ラ15の突出支軸に取り付けた歯車15aとを係
合して駆動し、右側開繊ローラ15は中央側開繊
ローラの支軸及び右側開繊ローラの突出支じくに
取り付けたスプロケツト22,22をチエーン2
3で連結して駆動し、ストリツピングローラ1
6,16は右側開繊ローラの突出支軸に取り付け
たスプロケツト24と他側ストリツピングローラ

ストリツピングローラ16はスパイクを突出させ
たものを示したが、開繊ローラをピラミツド型の
突出部材で形成したものやストリツピングローラ
をブレード型で形成したものでもよく、要はこれ
らのローラが停止状態にあるとき貯留原綿を処理
槽1内に保留し、回転駆動することによつて支え
保留した処理原綿を開繊しながら順次取り出すも
