Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1)加圧プランジャーをピストン−シリンダ装置(3)のピストンロッド(2) 上に取付け、 コイル(6)とシリンダー(7)の軸線方向の相対位置に依存してインダクタン スを変化させるためシリンダー(7)に関し固定された変換器の環状コイル(2 7)をピストン(6)上に取付けた変換器の金属作動部材(40)と連動させ、 コイル(27)をシリンダー(7)の一端の区域にピストンロッド(2)を取囲 んで配置し、そのシリンダー端には、そのシリンダー端を通って延伸しかつ案内 スリーブ(22)により案内されるピストンロッド(2)を備え、 作動部材(40)を環状にして、加圧プランジャーに対面するピストン(6)の 一側に配置し、コイル(27)の接続線(30)を電気演算回路に接続させたガ ラス成形機の加圧プランジャーの軸線方向の位置を確認するための移動変換器に おいて、コイル(27)が案内スリーブ(22)の軸線方向の長さの少なくとも 一部分を取り囲み、作動部材(40)がピストン(6)の圧縮行程の終りにおい てコイル(27)を部分的もしくは全体的に取り囲むことを特徴とする移動変換 器。 2)案内スリーブ(22)をシリンダー(7)に関して固定された支持スリーブ (20)内に配置し、コイル(27)を支持スリーブ(20)上の外側に固定し たことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の移動変換器。 3)ピストン(6)から遠くに離れている支持スリーブ(20)の端部を保持フ ランジ(14)に固定し、保持フランジ(14)を離脱自在にシリンダー(7) に接続させたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の移動変換器。 4)支持スリーブ(20)と保持フランジ(14)を磁性伝導材料としたことを 特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の移動変換器。 5)シリンダー(7)と保持フランジ(14)との間にスペーサリング(9)を 配置させたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項もしくは第4項のいずれか1項に 記載の移動変換器。 6)スペーサリング(9)を磁性伝導材料にしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 5項に記載の移動変換器。 7)コイル(27)に面するスペーサリング(9)の内面(28)に電気伝導層 (44)を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項もしくは第6項のいずれか 1項に記載の移動変換器。 8)ピストン−シリンダ装置(3)を複動型にし、加圧媒体供給用の接続部をピ ストンのピストンロッド側のスペーサリング(9)に設けたことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第5項乃至第7項のいずれか1項に記載の移動変換器。 9)コイル(28)と支持スリーブ(20)との間にガラス繊維マット(45) を配置し、コイル(27)とガラス繊維マット(45)とを互いに合成樹脂によ り固定させ、ガラス繊維マット(45)を支持スリーブ(20)に合成樹脂によ り固定することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項乃至第8項のいずれか1項に記載 の移動変換器。 10)ガラス繊維マット(46)を合成樹脂によリコイル(27)の外側に固定 させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の移動変換器。 11)コイル(27)の接続線(30)をコイル(27)から出発して最初に保 持フランジ(14)に備えた第1通路(31)にほぼ半径方向に沿って外側に案 内し、その後、第2通路(36)に、プラグソケット(37)に対し下向きにピ ストン−シリンダ装置(3)の軸線(35)とほぼ平行に案内させることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第3項乃至第10項のいずれか1項に記載の移動変換器。 12)第2通路(36)とプラグソケット(37)を保持フランジ(14)の下 部延長部(33)に設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載の移動変 換器。 13)下部延長部(33)を管状にしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に 記載の移動変換器。 14)作動部材(40)を内部フランジ(39)によりピストン(6)に関して 離脱自在に保持させたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載の移動変換器 。 15)内部フランジ(39)には中央孔(41)を備え、中央孔(41)の外周 をピストンロッド(2)に接触させ、それによりピストンロッド(2)を中心に 位置決めさせたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の移動変換器。 16)内部フランジをピストンの弾性被覆層(50)に接触させたことを特徴と する請求の範囲第14項または第15項に記載の移動変換器。 17)内部フランジ(39)をピストン(6)の軸線方向の範囲の少なくとも1 部にわたってピストン(6)内に埋設したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項 乃至第16項のいずれか1項に記載の移動変換器。 18)環状作動部材(40)を磁性伝導性とし、その外周の回りに一定間隔の複 数の縦長溝(43)を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第17項の いずれか1項に記載の移動変換器。 19)環状作動部材(40)を反磁性の電気的伝導性材料にしたことを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項乃至第17項のいずれか1項に記載の移動変換器。
