Claims (14)

- 2.第1の手段は、参照チャンバーの既知の体積Vsへ温度補正係数を適用し、 温度補正参照体積Vstを以下式Vst=Ft*Vs により誘導するための手段を含み、 第2の手段は液体体積測定を、式 V=(IPs2−IPs1)*Vst/(IPd2−IPd1)によって誘導す る請求項1のシステム。
- 3.温度補正係数を適用するための手段は、参照チャンバーの温度を感知するた めの手段と、ポンプ室の温度を感知するための手段を含み、それにより式 Ft=Ct/Rt (ここでCtはポンプ室の絶対温度°Kであり、Rtは参照チャンバーの絶対温 度°Kである)により温度補正係数を誘導する請求項2のシステム。
- 4.参照チャンバーはその中に空気圧を減衰するためのインサートを支持してい る請求項1のシステム。
- 5.インサートは開放セル多孔質材料である請求項4のシステム。

- 7.ポンプ室および膜を含んでいるポンピング機構を通って患者の腹腔と流体連 通を確立し、 透析液を腹腔から動かすかまたは透析液を腹腔中へ動かすため、透析液をポンプ 室へ引きそして透析液をポンプ室から押出すようにポンプ室を作動するアクチュ エーターを通じて膜へ空気圧を適用することにより選定した重力流条件を真似し 、液体をポンプ室へ引くようにアクチュエーターを作動後初期空気体積測定Vi を誘導し、ポンプ室から液体を押出すようにアクチュエーターを作動後最終空気 体積Vfを誘導し、そして式、Vd=Vf−Viによってポンプ室によって放出 された液体体積(Vd)を誘導することにより、ポンプ室を通って放出された液 体体積の測定を誘導するステップを含み、ここでけViおよびVfは既知の空気 体積Vsを有する参照チャンバーとアクチュエーターとの間の連通を制御し、( i)参照チャンバーの既知体積Vsへ温度補正係数(Ft)を適用し、式Vst =Ft*Vsによって温度補正参照空気体積Vstを誘導し、(ii)液体がポ ンプ室へ引かれるかポンプ室から押出される時、参照チャンバーを測定した初期 空気圧力(IPs1)へ初期化し、同時にアクチュエーターへ測定した圧力(I Pd1)を適用するため参照チャンバーとアクチュエーターの間の連通を閉じ、 (iii)アクチュエーター内を測定した新しい空気圧(IPs2)にそして参 照チャンバー内を測定した新しい空気圧(IPs2)に圧力平衡化を許容するた め参照チャンバーとアクチュエーターとの間の連通を開き、そして(iv)以下 の式ViまたはVf=(IPs1−IPs2)/(IPd2−IPd1)によっ て空気体積測定ViまたはVfを誘導することを含む腹膜透析を実施する方法。
- 8.温度補正係数(Ft)を適用するステップは、参照チャンバーの温度を感知 し、そしてポンプ室の温度を感知し、それにより式Ft=Ct/Rt (ここでCtは絶対温度°Kで表した感知したポンプ室の温度であり、Rtは絶 対温度°Kで表わした参照チャンバーの温度である。)により温度補正係数を誘 導するステップを含んでいる請求項7の方法。
- 9.ポンプアクチュエーターへ適用された空気圧変動に応答して作動されるポン プ室を通ってポンプされた液体体積を誘導する方法であって、 ポンプアクチュエーターへ負圧を適用することによりポンプ室へポンプすべき液 体のある体積を引くステップ;初期空気体積Viを誘導するため、 ポンプ室内に初期液体体積を保持し、 既知空気体積Vsを有する参照チャンバーを、該チャンバーを最初ポンプアクチ ュエーターから隔離して、測定した初期空気圧(IPs1)へ初期化し、 参照チャンバーの既知の空気体積Vsへ温度補正係数(Ft)を適用し、式 Vst=Ft*Vs により温度補正参照空気体積Vstを誘導し、ポンプアクチュエーターへ正圧を 適用し、そしてこの空気圧(IPd1)を測定し、 ポンプアクチュエーター内の新しい空気圧(IPd2)および参照チャンバー内 の新しい空気圧(IPs2)の圧力平衡化を許容かつ測定し、 Viを式 Vi=(IPs1−IPs2)*Vst/(IPs2−IPd1)により計算け し、そして 最終空気体積Vfを誘導するため、 ポンプ室内に最終液体体積を保持し、 最初参照チャンバーをポンプアクチュエーターから隔離して参照チャンバーを測 定した初期空気圧(FPs1)で再び初期化しポンプアクチュエーターへ再び正 圧を適用し、そしてこの空気圧(FPd1)を測定し、 ポンプアクチューエーター内の新しい空気圧(FPd2)および参照チャンバー 内の新しい空気圧(FPs2)の圧力平衡化を許容かつ測定するため再び参照チ ャンバーとポンプアクチュエーター間の連通を開き、 式 Vi=(FPs1−FPs2)*Vst/(FPd2−FPd1)によりVIを 計算し、 放出された液体体積Vdを式 Vd=Vf−Vi により誘導することを含む前記方法。
- 10.Ft=Ct/Rt であり、ここでCtは°Kで表わした感知されたポンプ室の絶対温度であり、R tは°Kで表わした感知された参照チャンバーの絶対温度である請求項9の方法 。
- 11.膜を含んでいるポンピング機構;ポンピング機構を通って患者の腹腔と流 れ連通を確立するための手段; 透析液を患者の腹腔から動かすかまたは透析液を患者の腹腔へ動かすようにポン ピング機構を作動するため膜へ空気圧を適用することによって選択された重力流 条件を真似するためのアクチュエーター手段; 固定ヘッド高さ条件か、または異なるヘッド高さ条件を真似するように空気圧を 適用するためにアクチュエーター手段を選択的に作動するための制御手段; ポンピング機構を通って動く液体体積の測定を誘導するための手段; を備え、前記液体体積の測定を誘導するための手段は、既知空気体積Vsを有す る参照チャンバーと、空気圧を減衰するため参照チャンバーを占領するインサー トと(i)アクチュエーター手段へ測定した空気圧(IPd1)を適用しながら 参照チャンバーへ測定した初期空気圧(IPs1)へ初期化するため参照チャン バーとアクチュエーター手段の間の連通を閉じ、(ii)アクチュエーター手段 内を測定した新しい空気圧(IPs2)にそして参照チャンバー内を測定した新 しい空気圧(IPs2)に圧力平衡化を許容するため参照チャンバーとアクチュ エーター間の連通を開くために作動する参照チャンバーとアクチュエーター間の 連通を制御するための手段と、式 V=(IPs1−IPs2)*Vs/(IPd2−IPd1)により空気体積測 定Vを誘導するための手段を含み、ポンプけ機構を通って動く液体体積の測定を 誘導するための手段は、 液体をポンプ機構中へ引くようにアクチュエーター手段を作動する時初期空気体 積測定Viを誘導するための手段と、液体をポンプ機構から押出すようにアクチ ュエーター手段を作動する時最終空気体積測定Vfを誘導するための手段と、ポ ンピング機構によって放出された液体体積(Vd)を式Vd=Vf−Viによっ て誘導するための手段を含んでいる、腹膜透析システム。

- 13.アクチュエーターチャンバー内のインサートは開放セル多孔質材料製であ る請求項12のシステム。
