Claims (5)
- 1.全メンプレイン領域にわたっての圧力低下を一定に保ち、かつメンプレイン 領域を越える際の圧力低下が0.8バールより少なくなるような方法で、原料乳 漿とリテンテートをミクロフィルターのメンプレイン領域の一方の側にある循環 経路に循環させ、一方、メンプレインの表面を透過した乳漿(透過液)はメンプ レイン領域の別の側の第2の循環経路に循環させて、ミクロフィルタ−中におい て乳漿の交差する流れ形濾過を行い、変性乳清タンパクおよび脂肪をリテンテー ト中に留まらせ、未変性乳清タンパクはメンプレインを透過させて透過液中に回 収するやりかたで乳清タンバクの分画を行うことによって、透過液の最終処理後 に、α−ラクトアルブミンとβ−ラクトグロブリンに富み、脂肪含量の少ない乳 漿タンパク製品を得ることを特徴とする乳漿から高品質の製品を得る方法。
- 2.メンプレインのボアサイズが0.05−1.4μ、好ましくは0.05−0 .7μであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3.メンプレイン領域を通過するときの流速が4−10m/秒、好ましくは5− 8m/秒であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 4.メンプレイン表面を越える際の圧力低下が0.2バールより少ないことを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 5.メンプレインを越える際の圧力を制御することにより、タンパクの処理能力 および通過量を一定に保ったまま、ミクロフィルタ−中において交差する流れ形 濾過を少なくとも20時間操業することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。
