Description
Claims (10)
- 1.トランスミッタ内に配置され、圧力を表わす出力を発生する検知手段と、 外表面上のチャンバ、および前記チャンバからトランスミッタ内のテーパ付き開 口に延びる通路を有するヘッダと、その外表面に作用するプロセス流体の圧力を 、その内側表面を遮断する実質上非圧縮性の充填流体に伝達するダイアフラムと 、 入口管の周りのテーパ付き開口内に装填されて充填流体を密封するシール装置と を具備し、 前記通路は、検知手段に至る入口管を受け入れるような形状のテーパ付き開口、 およびチャンバに開口する第2の炎遮断部を有し、 前記充填流体はチャンバ、通路、および入口管に充満され、前記充填流体の圧力 が前記検知手段によって検知され、前記通路の第2の炎遮断部は、入口管の周り のテーパ付きシールおよび入口管の内部をプロセス流体から炎的に遮断する炎遮 断能力を持つような形状にされたプロセス流体圧力検知トランスミッタ。
- 2.前記通路の第2部分は0.45mmよりも小さい直径の円筒形状である請求 項1記載のトランスミッタ。
- 3.前記通路の第2部分は6mmよりも長い請求項2記載のトランスミッタ。
- 4.前記通路は、チャンバとテーパ付きシールとの間のヘッダ内部では、結合継 ぎ目(adjoiningjoint)を有しない請求項1記載のトランスミッ タ。
- 5.前記ヘッダは1塊の材料からなる請求項4記載のトランスミッタ。
- 6.前記トランスミッタは第1ダイアフラムと類似の第2ダイアフラム、前記第 1チャンバおよび第1通路と類似で、かつ互いに隔離された第2チャンバおよび 第2通路を有するヘッダを具備した差圧トランスミッタであり、検知手段はさら に第2入口管、第2のテーパ付きシールで封止された第2通路、炎遮断第2部分 を有する第2通路よりなり、これによって両方の炎遮断部が両方のテーパ付きシ ールをプロセス流体から遮断する請求項1記載のトランスミッタ。
- 7.前記検知手段を収容するトランスミッタハウジングであって、ヘッダとの間 に空所が形成されるように、ヘッダに連結されたトランスミッタハウジングと、 前記検知手段を包囲する空所をプロセス流体から遮断する通路の第2炎遮断部と をさらに具備した請求項1記載のトランスミッタ。
- 8.複数のカバーをさらに具備し、前記カバーおよびヘッダが前記ハウジングの 外部開口を閉塞している請求項7記載のトランスミッタ。
- 9.点火をハウジング内部に封じ込める消炎能力をもたらすための、前記カバー 、ヘッダ、およびハウジング部のねじ結合をさらに具備した請求項8記載のトラ ンスミッタ。
- 10.入口管の回りのテーパ付き開口にシールを押し付けて封止を維持する手段 をさらに具備した請求項1記載のトランスミッタ。
