Description
Claims (8)
- 1.電気化学セル電極板であって、 アセンブリ内で互いに並置された2つの第1主面と、互いに間隔を置いて向かい 合った2つの第2主面とを備えた、導電性の機械的強度の高い材料からなる少な くとも2つの概ね同一の構造の平板型の構成要素からなる積層アセンブリを有し 、 前記構成要素の各々が、 前記アセンブリ内の他の各々の構成要素の複数の流体流れ空間と連通する複数の 前記流体流れ空間を備えた中心部分と、 前記第1主面及び前記第2主面に開口部を備えると共に前記アセンブリ内の他の 前記構成要素の貫通孔と整合して前記構成要素への連続した流体流れ導管を形成 する少なくとも一つの貫通孔を有し、かつ前記中心部分の円周に沿って囲繞する ように一体形成された固体フレーム部分とを有し、 各々の前記構成要素の前記フレーム部分が、前記貫通孔と前記中心部分との間に 配置されると共に前記第1主面に開口部を備えた少なくとも1つのチャネルを有 し、スタック内で隣接する前記構成要素の前記チャネルが互いに連通しかっ互い に補完することによって、前記貫通孔と前記構成要素の1つの前記中心部分の少 なくとも1つの前記空間とを連通させる連続した通路を形成することを特徴とす る電気化学セル電極板。
- 2.各々の前記チャネルが、各々のフレーム部分の各々の固体領域によって互い に分離された榎数の一連の長寸のサブチャネルからなり、 各々の前記チャネルの複数の前記サブチャネルが、前記通路の経路に沿って各々 の列をなして延在し、かつ前記経路に沿った他の前記チャネルの複数の前記サブ チャネルと互い違いに配置されて互いに部分的に重なり合い、前記経路の一方の 端部の前記複数のサブチャネルの1つカ、前記貫通孔と連通し、 前記経路のもう一方の端部の前記複数のサブチャネルの1つが、前記空間の一つ と連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル電極板。
- 3.各々の前記サブチャネルが、各々の前記構成要素の前記第2主面に別の開口 部を有する溝として形成され、前記積層アセンブリが、前記2つの構成要素と等 しく、かつ前記2つの構成要素をその間に挟む少なくとも2つの別の構成要素を 含み、前記別の構成要素の少なくとも一方が、前記アセンブリの前記2つの構成 要素の前記貫通孔と整合する前記貫通孔を備え、 前記別の構成要素の両方の前記フレーム部分が、前記貫通孔と前記中心部分との 間では固体からなり各々の前記溝に重なることによって、前記アセンブリ内の前 記通路の境界を定めることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気化学セル電極板。
- 4.前記別の構成要素の片方の前記中心部分が固体からなることを特徴とする請 求項3に記載の電気化学セル電極板。
- 5.前記2つの構成要素と前記2つの別の構成要素とが、前記アセンブリ内で互 いに積層されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気化学セル電極板。
- 6.各々の前記構成要素の前記フレーム部分が、フリップオーバ軸に対して前記 列の経路と対称的に配置された経路に沿って延在する前記サブチャネルの少なく とも1つの別の列を更に有し、 前記列及び前記別の列の前記サブチャネルが、各々の経路に沿って互い違いに配 置され、 前記2つの構成要素の前記第1主面が互いに並置され、かつ前記2つの構成要素 の前記フリップオーバ軸が整合するように前記アセンブリを組み立てたときに、 前記2つの構成要素の一方の前記列の前記サブチャネルが、前記2つの構成要素 のもう一方の前記別の列の前記サブチャネルに部分的に重なり合い、前記一方の 構成要素の前記別の列の前記サブチャネルが、前記もう一方の構成要素の前記列 の前記サブチャネルと部分的に重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電 気化学セル電極板。
- 7.各々の前記2つの構成要素の前記中心部分が、前記第1主面と前記第2主面 との間の全長に亘つて延在すると共に互いに交差してメッシュ伏の構造を形成す ることにより各々の前記中心部分にそれ自体の間および前記フレーム部分との間 に前記流体流れ空間の境界を定める複数の仕切壁によって構成され、 前記2つの構成要素の前記仕切壁が前記フリップオーバ軸に対して特定の方向に 向けて配置され、前記アセンブリ内で前記2つの構成要素の前記流体流れ空間が 前記中心部分の問の境界面を通して互いに連通することを特徴とする請求項6に 記載の電気化学セル電極板。
- 8.前記2つの構成要素の各々の前記フレーム部分が、フリップオーバ軸に関し て前記貫通孔と対称的に配置された少なくとも1つの別の貫通孔と、 前記別の貫通孔と前記各々の構成要素の前記中心部分との間に延在し、かつフリ ップオーバ軸に関して前記列の経路と対称的に配置された経路に沿って延在する 前記サブチャネルの少なくとも1つの別の列を更に有し、前記列及び前記別の列 の前記サブチャネルが、各々の経路に沿って互い違いに配置され、 前記2つの構成要素の前記第1主面が互いに並置され、かつ前記2つの構成要素 の前記フリップオーバ軸が整合するように前記アセンブリを組み立てたとき、前 記2つの構成要素の一方の前記列の前記サブチャネルが、前記2つの構成要素の もう一方の前記別の列の前記サブチャネルに部分的に重なり合い、前記一方の構 成要素の前記別の列の前記サブチャネルが、前記もう一方の構成要素の前記列の 前記サブチャネルと部分的に重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気 化学セル電極板。
